Hii, here Ziegelzeig’s little secretary ! The poor fox will not be available for the day! What? Since when Ziegelzieg have a secretary? Uhh … … Anyway! Here is … a Christmas at The Bad Guy Cafe ! A bit crazy, yes… It’s the fault of the crocodile. Did you see his eyes? Of course it’s his fault. From left to right : - Bo (the sheep), or Zieg’s evil part, - mick-fries (the grey wolf) who is too drunk to realize what’s going on, - Poulet / Loupio / Moon Moon (the black wolf) who is too drunk to stand up, - TheXavior (the timber wolf), who probably need help - Ziegelzeig (the fox), who is too sick to post his drawing (poor fox… :( ) - TouffeTouffe (the saltwater crocodile) or Santa Crocame … need foods (and souls) - OceRydia (the bunny) … uhh… - Sarha-solar (the cat) who run away with Colt - Colt-Lasky (the lynx) who run away with Sarha - Galak (the black catdog) new member, who don’t give a damn - D4gonn (the komodo dragon) who should keep his pets away from the christmas tree ! The BGC wishes you a merry Christmas, and a happy new year !!

and I finally found the time to finish this art, won by TazNova, whose OC, Quilo Blackwater, was voted as the big winner of my Halloweek contest.

I know this reward comes a little bit late, but with everything that has happened to me in the past two months, I think I can be forgiven. I come back from a long way, and that’s saying a lot. Being able again to produce such a complex and detailed art has done me a lot of good … Even though it took me a long time to achieve it. I was inspired by the Kupei-Kupei, from the Monster Hunter saga for the design of the monster that our trio of hunters knocked down. This disgusting filth deserved to die. Whenever I saw it in photo, my eyes were bleeding. So, I was able to take revenge. See you soon for new arts, Zieg ’

DracuKitty et RabDoll! Elles sont mignonnes!

This illustration of the Haloweek project will have required much more time than I had originally thought. It was my fault, I became half crazy and I wanted to add ten thousand details to the costume of the crocodile ^^ On this art we have the participant number 4, TouffeTouffe, and his unfortunate guest (victim), D4gonn. I don’t know how TouffeTouffe managed to persuade D4gonn to agree to let me draw such a thing, and I don’t even want to know XD Personally, it doesn’t bother me. I can avenge myself for a certain fuchsia polo (pink! IT'SS CLEARLY PINK !!) and a birthday cake in the face. And so, here’s the result … A Crocenstein monster made crazy hungry by the tantalizing promise of a Komodo Cupcake. A little friendy advice: Never put cakes in TouffeTouffe’s reach, especially if you want to keep some fingers. The third art of my Halloweek project, featuring two participant at once : Colt-Lasky and Sarha-solar. I find this picture really funny, but also very frightening… It’s like the poor kitty Sarha thought she would spend a normal Halloween night, disguised as a zombie schoolgirl and when her companion arrives, she suddenly understands that nothing will be normal tonight. XD Of course, when the lynx comes disguised as Jeff the Killer with a costume so scary and perfected that you might think that’s it not a costume at all, the atmosphere becomes even more scary!! After all, it’s Halloween! We are here to scare (and be afraid). It was a lot of fun (and also a lot of work) to work on this piece, especially the SF-laboratory-style-background. I used a lot of references to get it nice and convincing (from SF movies -especially Aliens-, but also from video-games like Halo, Star Wars KOTOR, Gears of War and even a little bit of Dead Space ^^). Tarienn seems to be very happy with the result, and i have to admit that i also like it a lot :3 And it’s always fun to draw characters from the movie that i never had illustrated yet (here, Travis). Yesterday, it was TheXavior anniversary !! So, mick-fries and me have plotted to offer this illustration as a gift. All the members of the BadGuyCafe (BGC) team gathered around Xavior to make him spend a wonderful birthday. A commission done for Nexi0us to help Mimiko, my wife, and me, to finance her medical care. He asks me to draw his own Zoona (the arctic wolf) and the one of his girlfriend (the arctic hare) kissing in front of waterfalls. And i like the result, because those characters seems deeply in love and really cutes, and i imagine they represent the beauty of the relationship their owner share :3 i’m such a goofy romantic, sometimes. He asked me for something i don’t do very often : an art focused more on the background than on the character… Well, i know i can sometimes do “okay” background… But this one… Jeez, it was a REAL challenge, seriously.
