This is a Urutan-Yensa token for a roll 20 rp. Our homebrew lore is that they are a variant of Gnath who live in the desserts of Dalmasca. It’s unknown if they migrated to the region from Dravania or if the Gnath migrated to the region from Othard. They have distinct blue markings and are ruled by a Hive Queen.
