it was actually when I got down to think about the similarities between the two games!

a protagonist that is manipulated by an older man into doing something he later regrets? flowers, darkness and sanity are an important mechanic/plot point in both games?

Wilson and Daniel's personalities are very different, but imho play very well with each other. Same goes for Maxwell and Alexander, but in this case their backstories have a lot in common... and here I go, spiraling out of control xD

There is no real translation for the word “checazz” in Italian and English. It can mean very different things. In the title, it’s close to the english translation of “bizarre” but not quite the same. In Neapolitan it refers to something that you found to be interesting, peculiar, or even funny.

In Trish’ speech tho, it is used sarcastically. I’d translate it with something akin to “(if these are supposed to be the people protecting me, then) woah, I’ve got nothing to worry about”.

What is Jojo’s Checazz Adventure? A series of weekly comic strips about Part 5, not only in Italian, but in Neapolitan dialect, which is probably how our boys would express themselves if we wanted to be super accurate!
