I’ve been on tumblr for almost 13 years and I refuse to know what homestuck is about

The thing that amazes me is that I've been on tumblr for ages and dashboard osmosis has conveyed absolutely nothing to me about Homestuck whatsoever.

There are whole episodes of Supernatural that I've seen in their entirety through gifsets. I don't even know what sort of a thing Homestuck is or where I would find it. I know less about what happens in Homestuck, which presumably actually exists, than what happens in Goncharov, which doesn't.

I spend hours every day on tumblr. I don't know how this is possible.

This isn't inherently objectifying. As long as you're treating them like people it's fine. You don't have to like, pretend you don't know what somebody looks like lest your attraction be Problematic

Remember: sexual attraction in itself is morally neutral. And my crazy take is that if you're respectful about it it's actually cool and good to find beauty in different kinds of people & being horny about it doesn't negate that. Peace and love on planet earth

OKAY SO,

I’ve mentioned it a few time before but I think there’s a lot of parallels drawn between Tessla and Nicholas. They’re both the children of blessings of their respective kind. They’re both older siblings who have been taken as children to be experimented on in the name of science and of furthering human kind. I even joked about how if ya combine their name it forms the name of Nikola Tesla. Okay cool, whatever.

NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT STAMPEDE NICHOLAS.

While it's more subtle in Trimax, in Stampede, Tessla is very much a ghost hovering over Wolfwood shoulders the entire time. From the symbol of the Eye of Micheal, the Eye of Tessla encrusted in every nook of his home, to the goons taking him away, to the Very. Exact. Same. Experiments.

Everything they did to Tessla, they did to Wolfwood. Maybe they even used what they gathered on Tessla for those very experiments. The difference is HE survived it. He’s Knives revenge on humanity.

And yet it. Was. Not. Enough. For. Knives.

Isn’t it terrible how everything started from all the cruelty Tessla endured at the hands of humanity, and despite going through the exact same cruelty at the hand of Knives goons, of Conrad,

Isn’t it incredible how it’s Wolfwood who chose to stop the cycle of violence to save his brother? Something Knives was incapable of?
