When you start Unlikely Valentine, Ellie says that Nick should be easy to spot because of his trench coat and hat and I feel like she's kind of underselling it.
there's a huge fucking fly in my apartment and it seems most attracted to windows and lights so I don't want to hit it with a shoe, so instead I'm standing around my apartment holding my hand vacuum like a rifle waiting for it to get close enough to suck it in
This worked, I think? The fly was obviously still alive in the vacuum so I took it outside to shake it out and it was disappeared, and I haven't seen it inside since then so I'm counting it as a success.
My last playthrough of FO4 I felt like I was delaying the main quest because I didn't even go to the Glowing Sea until level 70ish. This playthrough I'm level 89, my only friend is Gage, and I've basically only done Automatron, Nuka-World, the Vault-Tec workshop, and the Vault 81 quests. I think I'm gonna go pick up Valentine next (partly just because the speech bobblehead is where he is) and then I might start Open Season so I can recruit Preston.
