I had yet another amazing idea for a poll, so get ready for this super divisive question that WILL tear families and friendships apart.
God I'm a sucker for characters who are so utterly loyal to someone that they're completely unhinged. Characters who have no moral compass except their overwhelming devotion to whoever they've chosen to listen to. That's the good shit

How I feel everytime I have to be a customer
worst thing a video game can do is give me a bad reason to kill guys. either give me a very good reason or just say 'there's no good reason, you're playing as a sicko'. don't be like, 'uhhh they are Raiders so you can kill them en masse with unlimited brutality but during our sidequests we will inexplicably provide incongruous moral choices about whether or not it's okay to kill Namedcharacter van der Warcrime'
'do you want to Spare babymunch the evil wizard... or Kill him... or perhaps join him and turn against the village folk 😈 ? this is a world of complex morality......' — a game in which you've killed a triple digit number of human beings
for the love of god, write all the self-indulgent scenes you want. be utterly shameless about including every last fantasy. i know everyone likes to share quotes and quips about how miserably hard writing is, but please please try thinking of it as a joyful act where you get to be a messy human who makes art rather than some pain filled quest for icy perfection.

Arrival at Lettenhove Manor
“The cab travelled sedately up long and winding country roads, trees lining both sides, until the space opened up suddenly to reveal vast swathes of immaculately kept lawn. An enormous manor house dominated the skyline. Yellow stone against a bright blue sky.“
A Bench on the Grounds
“Geralt sat down next to him and they watched the sun filtering through the leaves casting speckled shadows on the ground. Although he’d sought him out, Geralt didn’t know what to say.”
