Work on a batch-fix for windows and doors continues. It’s looking like a batch-fix will be able to fix most if not all windows and doors.Unfortunately, 9 to 5 work doesn’t allow full-time development, but it will get done asap. Our community has created an extremely varied collection of windows and doors (love it!), so a fix requires addressing that variety to include as many as possible.

Studio updates for Discover University

Hi All, both versions (Mac and Windows) of Studio are updated to add access to the content of Discover University (if you own the expansion, of course).

Both versions contain a cheat code (slot195) that will allow you to identify any slotted object that has more than the currently allowed number of bones. These are items with slots that, since the last patch, cause the game to crash.

Please note, this code will not remove the packages, it will only provide you with a list of them. Also, please note that it is possible EA will correct this issue on their side. Until they let the community know what they plan to do, I do not recommend making any drastic changes to deal with the slot issue. Obviously, we all hope EA will just reverse this patch-related change so that all slotted objects work again, regardless of the number of slots they have.

Studio updates for Realm of Magic

Hey all, the Windows (Wishes 3.1.2.8) and Mac (Apple Blossom 1.3.0.5) versions of Studio are updated for Realm of Magic.

Studio updates with batch fixes and more

-Hi All, both Studio versions (Windows and Mac) are updated. New features include:

- a batch fix for CC bathtubs that allows mermaids to use them 

- a batch fix for CC CAS items that allows them to show up when the Sim is in mermaid form (adds the Mermaid tag to CAS items and the Swimwear category)

- a change to the batch fix process that stops Studio from removing CC the batch fix cannot process correctly

- the skin tone resource is updated in the Warehouse

- various bug fixes
