as many of you have figured out, preorders have been shipped! we finally received everything we needed on Friday and were able to send out all the orders today. we hope you’re excited to receive them! read some more information below about when and what to expect:

DOMESTIC orders - you should have received a USPS email about your package. depending where you live, your package could come as soon as tomorrow or as late as Saturday. if you didn’t get an email, it doesn’t necessarily mean we didn’t ship yours out but feel free to email us!

INTERNATIONAL orders - depending on where you live, your package can take up to 2.5 weeks to reach you.

orders with CHARMS - there is a protective film on both faces of the charm that you can remove by carefully peeling off

if your order does not come after the expected time, please email us ASAP so we can figure out what happened. if you have any questions or concerns, contact us on any social media or send us an email. we hope you all receive your preorders safely and enjoy your long-awaited packages! thank you for being unbelievably supportive and patient with us despite the very long journey it took us to get here 🖤 stay tuned for information about leftover sales!
