15 Lines of Dialogue
Rules: Share 15 or fewer lines of dialogue from an OC, ideally lines that capture the character/personality/vibe of the OC. Bonus points for just using the dialogue without other details about the scene, but you're free to include those as well!
tagged by @ongreenergrasses Thank you, my dear. Humbled beyond anything that you tagged me in this. I was considering my main guy but decided on Jimmy.
"I would rather take care of things closer to home."
"I like that you don't stop talkin',"
"It's not and even if it was, it will knock itself out and go away on its own."
"I have several. Why do you ask?"
"And because you say it's not true, it doesn't exist?"
"I never left."
"I'm reading you wrong?"
"… What do I need exactly?"
"Hey, our little French baguette opened up these eyes, hollerin' out your name in bed."
"Why should I? Look at how I have you."
"Not any trouble we can't get out of."
"If you keep talkin' that way, you might throw me off."
"Oh, what moment was this? What did we do?"
"You don't have his fire."
"If I do that, there won't be any sleep."
"I'm not lettin' you have the last word."
(Of course, it turned into 16. That's Jimmy for you.)
No pressure tagging: this is directed to every writer on my list. I have no idea who is working on what right now. Please consider yourself tagged by me if you are writing and want to share a a few verses of your OC.

John Davis Chandler Once A Thief Dir: Ralph Nelson

There are no words... no words. I was overcome with emotion when my co-worker handed me these pieces of art. The latter was an added gift, unexpected. She has no idea how such a thing moved my heart, my soul. It's the little things. That she sat there and in-between working on and off, there she went. For me. ME.
She learned of JD today and seemed rather fascinated about him. She especially liked his look in Once A Thief.
VM, you are wondrous and so divine. I cannot thank you enough (and even if I could, it will never be enough) for showing me how much you cared.
I wish he could see how much he is loved.
Ps. I asked her if I can put it up on my blog and she signed it. She is not online showcasing her work yet I'm humbled she allowed me this much. And this is why I have not mentioned her full name but her initials.
