🍒 Lazy Days with Kakyoin Headcanons 🍒

🍒 Lazy days with Nori include meals in bed, movies/shows to marathon or games to fill the day.  🍒 Of course you two have to rest your eyes sometimes, so if you two are feeling extra lazy you two might try and take a nap together although usually you end up squirming around a lot. Nori doesn’t mind, he finds it cute that you can’t seem to relax sometimes. It usually results in him just kissing all over your cute face and you two get back to either watching a series or playing games together. 🍒 You two play 2 player games, but also switch off watching the other play a game they like. Nori doesn’t mind watching you play at all, he thinks it’s very cute to watch your reactions when playing certain games. He chimes in sometimes when you appear to be stuck on something, but tries not to butt in too much.  🍒 His favorite thing to do with you on lazy days though is cuddling with you. He could cuddle with you all day tbh, he just wants to be as close to you as possible. 

🍒 You’re the one who insists on staying in pajama’s all day, at first Nori is a bit hesitant just because he’s so used to changing clothes for the day but he decides to try it out because you convinced him and he finds that staying in pajamas is much more comfortable for a lazy day.

🍒 At first Kakyoin is very awkward about showing his s/o affection. He’s admittedly touch starved, but struggles at first with being open about showing his affection. He might not admit it but he’s a bit afraid of getting too close because he’s so afraid of losing you.  🍒 You’re quite perceptive of Kakyoin keeping some distance from you and bring it up to him - he decides to be open and admit that he’s a bit scared of allowing himself to get closer to you but you quickly reassure him there’s no reason for him to hold back with you.  🍒 Once he feels more comfortable, he shows just how affectionate he can be. He’s the type to enjoy holding your hand whenever possible. He also enjoys to cuddle you whenever he can as long as you two are alone.  🍒 He does get pretty shy about being affectionate in front of others, but you’re understanding of that and don’t mind that you both save affections for each other in private. It makes it just that more special. 

🍒  He enjoys giving you cheek kisses and pecks to your lips. He also enjoys kissing your cheeks and your nose... Occasionally when he’s holding your hand he likes to kiss the back of your hand as well.

Domestic Kakyoin

• He’s the kind of partner anyone would wish for, honestly.

• He would do small, nice things for his partner/spouse just because he can. 

• For example; if his partner had a tough day at work, he’ll prepare a bath for them to have together later so he can massage their back in the warm water. While doing so, he’d encourage his s/o to tell him what happened. He would listen to their story patiently while rubbing their back. This is because he knows his lover is more in need of a listener at the moment than concrete advice, and he’s more than happy to provide. As mundane as the work experiences may be, he would listen to them patiently until the water runs cold. 

• He would usually love to sleep in and cuddle up to his partner for as long as the day allows. However, on the rare occasion he does rise earlier, he will let his s/o sleep in while he makes breakfast and prepares everything they’ll need for work so they don’t have to. He would also prepare coffee and put it in a thermos bottle so his partner has it ready to take to work. It’s just another one of the many small gestures he does for his domestic partner. 

• Another great thing he does for them, which his partner usually overlooks, is going out every once in a while with Jotaro to give his partner some free time and space in their home. It’s something he knows is very important in relationships and, although the action is usually overlooked, he is very happy to keep doing so in order to maintain a healthy relationship.

• One thing you’ll have to know before moving in with Kakyoin is his love of video games. He is very open about his interest around people he is comfortable with (including his partner) and will try and make them play with him sometimes. He thinks sharing interests will bring him closer to them so his partner will have to get used to occasional gaming.

• He is going to have some bad habits like leaving some dirty clothes on the floor next to his side of the bed or forgetting to take mugs from his home office or their shared bedroom to the kitchen. The clothes he’ll usually dispose of within one or two days, but the mugs can remain in place for days at a time. These bad habits aren’t very likely to change, but any reasonable partner would overlook them in favor of all the good he does them on a daily basis. No one is perfect, after all. 

• Before going to bed at night, he would hug his significant other close and tell them how much he thought about them throughout the day, to verbally show his appreciation for having them in his life among the many non-verbal gestures he does on the daily. He will never fail to kiss his s/o and tell them “goodnight,” even years down the line.
