October marks the 1 year anniversary of my vegan journey! ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ‰ As a cheesecake, croissant, cheesy nacho, buttery garlic bread and bacon lover I never thought I'd last this long ๐Ÿ˜… Personally, the number one benefit of going vegan for me has been the removal of the cognitive dissonance between loving animals yet still eating them ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ™…It never, ever sat right with me, so I took on the vegan challenge and never looked back! ๐Ÿ‘ŠA big shout out to: @bonnyrebecca, @slimliketim, @jamesaspey, @tessbegg, @plantifulsoul, @ellenfisher, and @edynmackney for being major influencers in my transition, always providing amazing food, health and fitness inspiration, informed opinions and so much compassion towards our fellow earthlings. ๐Ÿฎ๐ŸŒฑDefinitely recommend checking out those inspiring individuals to see how amazing and fulfilling the vegan lifestyle can be and to watch 'FORKS OVER KNIVES' and 'EARTHLINGS' ๐Ÿ’›โœจ #vegan #100percentrecommend #govegan #1yearanniversary #veganchallenge (at The Pocket, New South Wales, Australia)
