I let myself get too worn down and got covid again and it got so bad so fast that from starting to have a sore throat Saturday morning to 5 hours later I couldn’t open my eyes or move because my head was pounding and the room was spinning and my back hurt so bad I thought I had to be in organ failure and my feverish little brain could only cry helplessly at what was obviously my impending death

Then I got paxlovid and now all I can taste is bile and I still feel like garbage but I’m not going to die anymore

I have been asleep. This whole time. These Pooh gifs are making me dizzy. I am going back to sleep. But red lives on.

Having one of those days where I’m 5 seconds from either spontaneous combustion or bursting into tears and we’re swinging back and forth between them like a metronome

I feel like I keep having these blocks of time where the gloom is worse and tbh that’s normal for me, but normal is like maybe a week or two of down and then normal for a few months, but it’s been down down down and as soon as I feel it lightening back up again right at the part where the normal should start it starts heading right back down again and I just keep waiting and waiting for the chance to take a breath of air but it’s just. not. happening. what do I do.
