exceptional thoughts
  1. This is not the last time you will eat that. Your favorite restaurant and your favorite foods will still be there when you reach your goal weight.
  2. "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels." - Kate Moss
  3. Eating is a brief and temporary pleasure. Weight loss is a permanent (if you don't revert back to your old ways) fulfillment.
  4. Keep saying "I'll start tomorrow" , and you'll never reach your goal weight.
  5. Food is fuel for now. That's it. Treat it as such and you wont be reaching for icecream as often.
  6. You will never regret cutting back on calories, but you will regret eating.

all it should take if you’re disciplined enough is three to four months. you’ll be at you goal weight in four months.

the food will still be there in four months. mcdonald’s will still exist in four months. that donut place will still be there after four months. food won’t leave, it’ll still be there when you’re skinny. why eat it now? why not eat it when you’ve reached your goal?

[ what i tell myself every time. ]

this motivated me so much lol

I’m restarting again tomorrow.

I’m doing a one day cayenne pepper and lemon water cleanse.

Then restarting my workouts and clean eating in the new week, just in time for going back to work after this awful second lockdown.

I’m hoping to lose 10lbs by the end of December and get my habits in check so that I don’t over eat during Christmas. Luckily I’m at work most of the time so my family won’t ask too many questions.

I’ll be using this platform as a healthy way to track my weight loss and fitness journey without worrying if people I used to know will find it.
