God I'm really glad to see so many people being fed up with this sites bullshit but I need all of you to understand that what happened to Avery has its origins in the callout posts many of yall have been spreading for years. Like not in some abstract way I mean I can trace the direct origins of these escalating waves of harassment against her to a callout post from just over 2 years ago that she and I and many others were tagged in demanding we condemn some random transfem for the crime of being kinky

Back in 2021, a callout post for a trans woman who's accusations are not worth repeating was made by an anonymous blog which then tagged predstrogen and a number of other trans women including myself demanding we spread the post and condemn the called out woman. Those of us that refused and rightfully responded by saying this was bullshit were then subjected to weeks upon weeks of harassment calling us pedophiles, zoophiles, and rapists not only in anonymous messages and from terfs, but also from many many people who had and still have "terfs dni" and "trans women are safe here" in their blog descriptions.

For some of us the harassment eventually slowed down, but for Avery who went on to expand her sex work to supplement her income and gained more followers for being chronically hilarious, that harassment only escalated. She was subjected to wave after wave of anonymous messages and would also be repeatedly targeted by staff for her sex work which was mass reported by the harassers, so she would get marked at violated ToS even when she followed all the rules. She even eventually got her own callout post which was just as baseless and awful as the one she was first tagged in.

Now we're here and the animosity which staff has for her as a transfem sex worker alongside the months of harassment have escalated to where the CEO has personally stepped in to wipe her blogs from this site. And people are now finally waking up to the fact that transfems (especially transfem sex workers) are disproportionately targeted by this site.

But make no mistake, tumblrs CEO didn't just randomly decide to make a bullshit move out of nowhere. This has its origins in a culture which the majority of you happily participated in for years and years where transfems are scrutinized and ousted over any minor infraction. Those of you who condemn this bullshit but who have reblogged callouts and baseless accusations of pedophilia against trans women prior need to evaluate where you stand. You are complicit in this, and you need to let that fact guide you towards changing not only yourselves, but this sites entire culture for the better.

There's a reason Egypt and Jordan have refused to 'take' Palestinian refugees and it's not because they're 'troublesome.' It's because that's ethnic cleansing.

Keep in mind this follows mere days on the heels of a leaked Israeli document discussing plans to push Palestinians into Egypt and Canada, citing the latter's "lax immigration policy". Meanwhile, just this summer, the Canadian government cut funding for Palestinian refugees while tensions were escalating, and after Israel's invasion in October, Palestinians in Canadian begged for our government to help get their loved ones out of Gaza, a call that ultimately went unanswered.

There's no genuine humanitarian motive behind this. Canada simply wants to look like a hero yet again, and they likely won't provide any economic, housing, or cultural assistance to Palestinian refugees once they land here.

I have this god given power to flood my entire living space with bulk grains and it is one single button click away from my reality.

real talk though, if you had a large number of people in your community who wanted a particular food item and couldn’t afford it (for instance if you’re in a food desert and need produce or if you’re a part of a large disabled and/or overworked community who all need prepared frozen food), you could pool funds and get an order from a supply store like this.

it requires organizing for finance management, ordering, transport, and distribution, but if you build a stable mutual aid network, it’s genuinely within the realm of possibility.

This idea is called a buyers club (or buying club, buying coop, etc) and it’s a great time-tested method of mutual aid. And there are guides and tools for starting your own at managemy.coop

Depending on where you are it takes a little more creativity and organizing but medication buyers clubs are also a thing.
