hey! in search of a fic that i lost :(( loved the author and wanted to read more of their stuff but i didn’t bookmark the post. it was a mat barzal fic and i stg I know exactly what happens but i can’t find it.

it’s about being really close friends with mat and going up to a cottage(?) with his friends during the summer. the reader has feelings for mat, and vice versa, but they don’t know how each other feels. one of mat’s friends (i think it was tyson jost ?) has always been trying to get you two together and he individually gives you hints that you should tell each other. in the evening the reader’s bikini gets soaked and they both go inside. mat brings out the reader’s favourite wine and there’s dialogue along the lines of “you think i would bring you up here without your favourite alcohol?” they both drink and talk and eventually mat asks the reader about what fantasies she has. the reader talks about lowkey wanting to be dominated but now mat is nervous to tell his. after a little pleading he says he’s never taken a bath with a girl before. long story story they take a bath together and fuck and decide to get together!

this may have been about someone other than mat (which is totally possible!) and that’s why i can’t find it, though for some reason i’m almost sure it was him.
