It was a rough week for them, various crime groups seemed extra keen on roaming around and causing trouble. Enough that the Top Five were barely home all week and were all very stressed out and tired.
So they all settled to meet up on Sunday to relax and wind down. They met at Edgeshot and Jeanist's house as they always did. Hawks brought food and snacks, Rumi came with games and movies, and Endeavor came without burning something down (a true miracle I know).
"So what do you want to do first?"
"Monopoly!" Rumi barrled through any suggestion that may, or may not have, come up. Tsuganu rolled his eyes but got out the game. Enji tried to get out of it, but Shinya glared and held up a thing of pink glitter and suddenly Enji was very enthusiastically picking a pawn piece (please note, I have not played Monopoly in a while so my memory might be a bit off).
"Get me out of jail you bastard!" Rumi yelled at a cackling Keigo. Shinya was hiding his face in laughter behind Tsuganu's shoulder as Rumi lunged forward to strangle Keigo. Which left Tsuganu to save the bird. He tiredly controlled his jacket's threads to separate them.
"I will burn you!" Enji said as he got into jail and almost burned his money. But, they've played with Enji enough times to fireproof everything and predict that. Shinya expertly leaned away from the flaming trash can when he got into jail so he could avoid the flames.
"Please don't burn down my house." He asked and drew a card, ignoring the rest of Enji's outburst.
"This seems to be a tangled situation." Tsuganu said dejectedly as he got into jail, his reaction the mildest.
"Haha! You're the 'fastest hero' and yet your too slow to get out of jail!." Rumi laughed at Keigo as he got into jail, which dissolved into another fight that Shinya left Tsuganu to deal with.
Shinya was a ninja, Shinya did not get into jail.

Later was snacks, which ended up with a fire (surprisingly not from Enji) because Tsuganu said one too bad of a pun and Shinya just so happened to be next to the oven. It was handled though.
The it was a game of 'Sorry' with Tsuganu and Shinya playing together. The house was almost burned down a total of 5 times during one round and they played 3.
And lastly, it was late so they put on a movie from the pre-quirk days. The all time favorite, Shrek. Shinya hoarded the ice cream, Keigo had a bucket of chicken nuggets out of nowhere, Rumi stomped on Enji's foot multiple times before being forced to stop. Tsuganu tried to get Shinya to share his ice cream, but to no avail.
But eventually they all tumbled into a huge pile of blankets and limbs that's gonna be a pain to untangle in the morning. But that was morning's problem, now it was time for sleep
I asked @ohpleaseiwillendyou for fluff because I had a bad day, this is what I got and now I am smiling and I'm happy. There is nothing more I could've asked for. Thanks!

So remember this post? It’s that thing about Best Jeanist having a baby. Well I decided to make a story out of it or at least that’s what I am going to try. I published it on ao3. Though I am probably going to post it here as well.
Here is the summary:
Tsunagu has a kid now, his husband isn't happy about it. With his trust broken, Shinya finds an old friend in a bar, both of them get drunk and shit is going to happen. In the meantime Tsunagu tries to figure a way out to get his husbands trust back, while learning that having a baby isn't all that easy. Not to mention he has a problem with another fashion designer. When his husband doesn't come home and doesn't appear at his agency Tsunagu has no idea what to do. Luckily his friends are there to help.

Okay so I had this weird thought and I decided to write it down and now I don't know what to do with it soo help? (It kind of has something to do with Edgejeanist, I think?)
How should he explain this to his husband? There was no way he would understand this. Tsunagu himself couldn't fully understand this. How could this happen? He had no idea, but he knew one thing for sure, he was in big, big trouble. And he had no idea how to solve it. Hell he would take another blast from All for One if that only meant that this never happened. Okay, he should take a deep breath. Panicking wouldn't help. He could do this. He just had to figure out how to tell Shinya. He knew that Shinya would be hurt either way. Yes, he could just not tell him, there were a few ways to make sure that Shinya would never know about it, but he hated lying. Still how should he tell him? This was a disaster! All fibers out of control! Quite literally. Since he was panicking, he had forgot to take control over his quirk and now every fiber in a kilometer was running wild. He should fix this. He should take care of his own quirk and of his other problem… He took a deep breath. Okay, he could do this. Scratch that, he couldn't. With shaking hands he got his phone out and called an all too familiar number. "Kugo I have a problem." "You mean besides the fact that your quirk is going crazy. Seriously Tsunagu get yourself together. The people don't like being controlled by their own clothing." "Yeah I know" Tsunt took another deep breath. Everything was fine, Lugo would help him. He could fix this. Slowly he calmed down and just like he calmed down, he could feel the fibers around him settle into their original places. That was good. "I am on my way to you by the way, so what's the problem? What happened that you lost that much control over yourself?" "I have a baby."

So well this is part 8 of my Edgejeanist angst. If you don't remember the last part, you can read it here.
-several days passed and Shinya was still unconscious
-Tsunagu didn't dare to leave his side, this was all his fault so he wasn't going to leave Shinya's side until he knew for sure, that his Ninja would be okay
-while sitting there starring at that unconscious body, he was constantly rambling apologies to him and telling him how much he loves him
-Tsunagu couldn't imagine what would have happened if they would've been to late
-breath Shinya was right next to him in a hospital and he was alive
-but he wasn't waking up
-breath again, he had pretty bad injuries, it's normal to be unconscious for a bit
-the only issue with Tsunagu staying at Shinya's bed was, that he was getting unhealthy
-he didn't eat and he drunk incredibly less, nor did he sleep well, if he even slept
-at some point Kugo couldn't see it anymore: Yes his best friend was worried about his husband, yes his best friend had made a bad mistake and yes that wasn't going to fix itself, but hell that was no reason to destroy your own health!!
-in other words at some point Gang Orca dragged Jeanist (under loud protests) out of the hospital to eat, drink and sleep
-and also maybe to convince him to sleep at home and not in the hospital
-the other heroes paid visits to the ninja aswell, but every time they came he was still unconscious
-until one night, Miruko knew she shouldn't go to the hospital in the middle of the night, but she had promised herself to visit Edgeshot today, but than the day was super busy, so she had to go know
-She entered the room to find Edgeshot unconscious, as expected
-"Miruko? Is that you?" Miruko couldn't trust her own ears
-He was awake?!?!!
-She went to his bed and sat onto the chair next to him
-"Yes it's me. It's good to see you're awake. You gave us quite a scare man. Please don't do that again yeah?"
-"I'll try I guess" his voice was small and still sad in some way
-propably because of Tsunagu, the two of them should really solve that
-"I'm going to phone Tsunagu, he will be so relieved to hear that you woke up!"
-"Miruko. Please don't."
-okay now she didn't understand anything "Why not? I thought you want to talk to him about what happened idiot."
-"because I have actually been awake for some time now. I listened to what he said and I want to believe him, I really do, but...do you think he really means it?"
So remember me being bored and asking for suggestions? Well I started to write a part two of the Edgeshot amnesia but I got kind of distracted half way through, so you are going to get this instead. Sorry.
"Autsch! Kartoffel!" Kugo looked at his best friend who had just dropped at stone on his foot. "What?" "Kartoffel!" Tsunagu cursed again. Kugo was confused. He was pretty sure he had heard Tsunagu use that word at some point, but in another context. Anyways Kugo couldn't read sense in it. "What does that mean?" He asked instead, hoping for some useful answers. He got them, well kind of. "Kartoffel means potato." "But potato isn't a curse." Tsu looked at him. "Who said I wanted to curse?" Kugo blinked. "You..you just dropped that stone on your foot." "Yes that hurts." "I know, but why on earth wouldn't you want to curse than?" "Because you don't curse. It's rude." "Why potato than?" "I didn't want to curse so I needed something else to shout. The first thing that came into my mind was Kartoffel." Oh my… his best friend wasn't making any sense to him today.
And that's how it became a headcanon of mine that Best Jeanist doesn't curse, but instead he just shouts random german words (mostly some type of food) and confuses everyone with it.
