In light of the ongoing g*nocide in Palestine, we are reaching out to your kind hearts to support a non-profit fundraiser for a non-profit charity called Care For Gaza.  Our love for Polin has definitely created something so beautiful across all communities – with all the fanarts, fancams, Polin edits to Taylor Swift's music and to various artists, to gifs and gifsets, to fanfiction, to a couple of remarkable podcasts, and some others. I don't get all the criticism of polin. Its like people don't get that tropes outside of love at first sight or enemies to lovers exist. Every time I see someone point out that Penelope wasn't Colin's first choice or how she's been pining for him its like YES that's the point. One of my favorite quotes from the books is when Colin says "His love hadn't been a thunderbolt from the sky." Because we have got to see them in seasons prior to season three it makes that quote even more accurate. "It started with a smile, a word, a teasing glance." We have seen these moments happen in first two seasons. We have seen how fond Colin is of Pen and how their friendship has bloomed and now we get to see in real time Colin come to terms with his own feelings.
