Hey there, followers and folk of Tumblr. 

I know I’m not on here as much as I used to and, yeah, I’m one of those quiet kids in the corner of this loud, crazy, awesome fandom. But I need your help now. More specifically, a charity called Emmaus needs your help.

Go and just read their homepage and you’ll understand why I want to help. They give people a second chance, a chance at a home, and a community and support system when things are getting tough. We have the motto in our fandom ‘They were never, in fact, homeless’ and we’ve taken it to heart. We support each other and we support others. Always Keep Fighting, Love Yourself First, You Are Not Alone, Random Acts, Wayward Daughters, and so many hundreds of other fan run campaigns. 

Well, now it’s my turn to ask for your help. 

I got the chance to go to Asylum 16 this year and meet the people who have inspired me, entertained me, educated me, and shaped me as a person over the past two years. I may not have been very vocal about it - i barely mentioned it on my Tumblr but it was one of the best weekends of my life. And I wanted to do something useful with it, to give back out of this experience I had.

So a few months before, I got in touch with an artist friend of mine, the immensely talented Chris Worth - albek42 over on Deviantart. I told him what I had in mind and he brought it to life for me.

I stood in lines for hours and hours, getting these signatures, telling the cast what it was for and telling them how they inspired me. Amy Gumenick said it gave her chills. Rachel Miner said how incredible it was. Every cast member said how awesome the picture was and wished me luck. But the one that really sticks with me was Gil. He paused after autographing it and studied it carefully before handing it back and looking me square in the eyes. “There’s a lot of storytelling going on here,” he said.

And there is. There is the whole story of Supernatural wrapped up in this image. But I want more. I want the last chapter of this poster’s story to be that it did something good, that it helped people, that the money it raised gave someone a second shot at life. And I want you, SPN Family, to help me write that story. 

This poster is going up for auction, with all proceeds going to Emmaus. Autographs include:
