The gun is from Borderlands 3, its a great place for gun references since there's so many variations and whacky types.

The lever action is so smart though! I can se why you used it for Bad Luck and how it fits with his character

I've seen Bradd's name spelled with two d's and one d, so take your pick, I guess. I use two d's because that's how I first saw it, and I think it's neat.

I've never played Borderlands 3, didn't seem like my type of game, but I heard it's fun! I stole Bad Luck's gun from Destiny 2 (Dead Man's Tale, my beloved). I thought it'd fit because lever-actions seem very cowboy-looking while still being quite sporty. and also I just think they're cool.

I don't have any plans on writing an actual story for Bad Luck, because I have no confidence in narrative writing 💀 and also no energy/mental capacity for plotting all that out, lmao. It's very much just a fun self-indulgent daydream sort of situation. I like to pretend that I will tho, which is why I'm so cagey about certain details. I just like adding mystery to my characters :3. And Bad Luck doesn't like talking/sharing about his past either (you could say it's..... bad luck... to dwell on it) so like, even more reason to be mysterious... and also large parts of his lore is really self-indulgent cringe and i'm not brave enough to expose myself that much.

But I also love talking about it, so if you ask me a question chances are I'll fold and spill at least some of the beans.

There was this ONE person in one of my recent posts that acted like such a little dick, that I was about to go ballistic-levels of mean. Not even funny mean, just evil mean. I was gonna target every inch of their personality, their hobbies and passions, the jokes they found funny, the ideologies they held, everything. I was going to scroll through their page, find every bit of personal information and weaponize it, I was going to ruin everything that once brought them happiness, everything that made them proud, and belittle every personal accomplishment. I was going to crumble them, turn them into fucking dust, whittle them down until only their core was left over and then stomp on that too. But I then thought "nah man be cool"
