Love how tumblr has its own folk stories. Yeah the God of Arepo we’ve all heard the story and we all still cry about it. Yeah that one about the woman locked up for centuries finally getting free. That one about the witch who would marry anyone who could get her house key from her cat and it’s revealed she IS the cat after the narrator befriends the cat.

This is basically what my physical therapist had me do for my back problems last year and it helped with the pain so much! Also walk for at least thirty minutes a day, even if it's just in small chunks throughout the day.

I've run into this guy's videos on pinterest and he has a lot of really great beginner workout alterations that would work great for people who are either just trying to come out of a very sedentary lifestyle or who have any sort of health problems that limit stamina or mobility. There's low impact routines, seated and bed-based routines, and just generally a lot of really good modified routines to get you moving if moving is difficult. Do a quick search on youtube, insta, or tiktok for Justin Agustin and you should be able to find him!
