Raven slipped in through the shadows of his run-down apartment. Immediately her eyes land on a garbage can in the nearby kitchen. Beer bottles and cans fill it to the top and some have even spilled out onto the dirty, tiled floor. 

Raven had been sitting quietly in her room, reading out of one of her spell books, when a soft knock came to her door. Reaching out with her powers, she reluctantly lets him in, keeping her gaze glued to words in front of her. 

“I would say you’re up late, but we both know you’re always up late,” she comments lightly, turning a page.

I’ll have one posted tomorrow evening! I just got a request sent to me, so I hope it satisfies you :) It’s my first ever robrae piece, so it might be a little rusty. 

“Tim?” 

He paused in packing up his things. Not that he had a whole lot of things up in the Watch Tower. Just some random weapons and changes of clothes between missions with the team. He’d asked Miss Martian for permission to come up and gather his stuff one last time. His new team was here too, collecting their own things. So, he hadn’t been expecting his girlfriend to be here at the same time. 

Sitting on the couch, Starfire was uncharacteristically quiet. Her gaze had drifted to the ocean waves outside as the afternoon wore on. The mist from earlier had dissolved, giving out to clear blue skies. 

Starfire sighed, recapturing his attention. Her red hair sat in a bun on top of her head. Messy and imperfect as it shifted off to one side, but she’d never looked more beautiful. Especially as she tucked a stray strand behind her ear, lips pursed and brows scrunched.

It’s no rush at all trust me! As far as writing... I took a break which evidently or accidentally turned into some serious writing block. But I have been poking at a few stories when I can. It’s not rude or repetitive at all! In fact, no one has ever really asked why I picked that name, but I’ll try to give a decent answer. Because really I wish it was a cooler story lol. But I wanted a short and sweet name that included two facts about me. The first part- Em- is of course a nickname from my real name Emily. The latter mizu is the Japanese word for water I believe, which I chose because I’m a pisces so... water sign! I also named my Swampert in my Pokemon OmegaRed this if that makes this lame story better xD
