Well I'm going off of whatever is going on in my head with these characters. It starts off with Copia being salty af over this new guy. Not to mention in my AU Terzo is alive and immediately gets along well with Perpetua---which really sets off Copia. He can't understand how accepting his half-brother is with V.
Down the line they find out V was his twin, Copia has a realization within himself and goes through a character arcTM and eventually warms up to him.
They still share a friendly sibling rivalry though, gotta keep the dynamics.

One of my favourite things is when old ladies call old (but younger than them) men "handsome young man" or some variation.
I'm not saying that is the reason Terzo always takes roses to the elderly Sisters but it is cartainly a bonus.
