since we already have fiona/nightfall for yor, i want no maybe need a new character that would make loid jealous and yor’s obliviousness would make it better. preferably someone from the secret police would spice the drama more

someone said that the reason why Loid isn't surprised or suspicious about Yor's super strength is bc he only knows strong women in his life. Nightfall and Sylvia, but isn't that more reason for him to be suspicious of Yor? Those two women he knows are agents, they trained for years to be that strong, and it's not like he didn't encounter other women in his life. He's been involved with many other women for his mission, he should know well that a normal woman, working in a City Hall no less, having that kind of strength isn't normal.

I remember Yor also helped him prepare for his tennis match, so he probably saw during the training how Yor diced a ball or something. When Yor defeated Fiona, a well trained agent, in their little match, he wasn't even surprised and his only reaction was:

I swear Loid is super smart but he's the greatest dork when it comes to Yor. Yor is not even a good liar, he was even surprised when Yuri believed her excuse for not telling him their marriage right away, but he's also just eating up all the lame excuses that she makes to explain why she's THAT strong

Sylvia: Agent Twilight report the progress of the mission

Twilight: Yes *places a paper envelope on the table*

Sylvia: Is this evidence against Desmond?

Twilight: .....no *removes the envelope and puts it in his jacket*

Sylvia: You brought photos of your daughter and wife again, right?

Twilight: ....maybe

I really love how Loid starts glaring and speaking in harsh tones the very second Nightfall even insinuates something is wrong with his wife. My man will not take shit being thrown at his wife. I love this husband

Have you noticed that there's usually a fake and a true Twiyor moment?

Yes, when we have a Twilight/Yor chapter, (usually) there's two moments—one when they appear to get closer (but they don't) and the other one when they really do get closer and there's actual development in their relationship.

Fake moment in general involves 'Twilight mode' and it's usually pretty exciting.

True moment always involves [Redacted] or Yor being themselves and it's more reserved and quiet.

Here are a few examples:

Fake Twiyor moment:

Real Twiyor moment:

Fake Twiyor moment (we all know how that turned out 😏):

True Twiyor moment (again, here's where they got closer):

One more? (And pretty recent too):

Fake Twiyor moment (again sort of forced by Yuri):

Do you want to guess which is the real Twiyor moment? Some could argue that it's this one:

But I think the real one is this:

Why? It's in the small details: Look how their eyes meet. This is something real couples learn to do–communicate with the eyes 😏 (it's pretty fun too!)

Of course there are exceptions, like the cruise arc, but I totally see a pattern here.

And you know what? My theory is that as the story advances, the fake and true moments are going to switch. Yes, that at some point the true moment will be more exciting than the fake one and at the end, fake one will completely disappear 💖

What do you think?

Anya has the power to annihilate Twilight's soul in less than 00:01 seconds!

Nothing like the sincerity of a child to destroy 10 years of perfect professional record

Loid Forger really said “ah yes Yor is such a normal person” after she drop kicked multiple people on their first date and then ran after a mugger on their second

THEN he spends one evening with her overprotective drunk brother and immediately clocks him as a member of the secret police.

The duality of this man is truly inspiring.

Yor, begging: Please don't. I love you. Loid, regretfully: I'm sorry, I have to. Yor, tearfully: Please... After all we've been through? Loid: I'm so sorry. Loid: *places +4 card down* Loid: Uno.

The thing is that Loid thinks of himself as a completely average normal person, which means whenever Yor has anything in common with him hes like "excellent, we are so good at being normal. I picked the perfect wife, she even knows about poisons"
