Protecting people who are seen as worthless in society - drug addicts, sex workers, homeless people etc - is absolutely central to antifascism because their destruction is central to fascism

Totally agreed, and I want to point out a key part of fascist logic: it is circular. They declare people "worthless," get the general population to agree that the worthless people aren't really human, and declare open season for killing these sub-humans. Then, they can slap the "worthless" label on anyone they like, and kill them with impunity.

Protect people who are seen as worthless, because you can never tell when you'll end up on that list.

how to feel alive

  • do something kind for someone else
  • write down everything you’ve ever wanted to say
  • sit outside in the sun and feel your feet on the ground

  • do something you’ve always wanted to do
  • if you have the means, travel
  • tell someone something you’ve always wanted to say 
  • look at the stars
  • open a window and feel the air on your face
  • stand outside in the rain
  • go out at night with friends
  • listen to music that you can get lost in
  • read a good book
  • take a long, hot shower
  • change up your wardrobe
  • know that it will get better
