So I heard there might be more new users on Tumblr. The Vocaloid ask blog community here has been sputtering for a while now, and I realized it might be intimidating to get involved. As an active participant in the ask blog community since 2013, I thought I could share some tips.
Disclaimer: I am basing this off of my personal experience in the VOCALOID ask blog community. I don’t know how other ask blog communities are faring or what their conventions are.

Hey there! I wanted to drop you guys an update so this blog doesn’t look like I had a burst of activity, then ditched again. I promise that’s absolutely NOT what I’m doing! I had an idea, but unfortunately I can’t do it yet. What is it you may ask?
I’m going to basically publicly embarrass myself
I’ve always wanted to get good at drawing, art has always been something I want to pursue! But I’ve never had the kick to do it, I’ve never had a real reason to pursue it, and unfortunately I don’t operate that way. So! Prepare to see me go from preschool artist to kindergarten artist! As soon as it becomes something I can actually start doing (probably if/when I get my new computer, could be a few weeks, could be idk how long.) I’ll be drawing for myself here.
