how to be happier in 2017
• smile - at everyone, even people you walk past on the street! you don’t know what this will mean to them • if you see someone crying or upset, ask them if they’re okay and if there is something you can do! you might think you’re being annoying but trust me, it means a lot • explore! • plan ahead, seriously, I promise it will be easier • spread kindness everywhere, be kind to everyone but learn to stick up for yourself • be around more people, you never know if this is the last time you could be seeing them • even though I said to be around more people, remember to take time to yourself and relax RELAX RELAX, you’ll be okay. • remember that you are loved even if you feel like you aren’t. • DRESS HOW LIKE! don’t give a fuckity fuck about what people will think because their opinion does not matter, yours does. if you are comfortable in what you are wearing, then wear it • treat people how you would like to be treated • learn to love yourself, everything about yourself, it might take a while but seriously your aren’t perfect and you need accept that • work hard in everything, it pays off • if you get a bad grade, it’s not the end of the world, think about you can improve and learn from your mistakes! • learn who is important to you and treat them well! they deserve it! • buy yourself flowers and plant to hang around your house or just your room! • speak to yourself, understand your emotions and why you feel that way • don’t stress about the small stuff • take everyday one step at a time!
