I've been playing the game Love Nikki, the game of dress-up duels. This week's competition theme is "celestial love" so I checked which clothes I had to fit that theme ... and someone familiar appeared!

The haiku must have an answer that has to do with Gensokyo. It doesn't have to be written by a Touhou.
