Sorry for all the inactivity lately. I’ve been in somewhat of a slump.
I can’t believe 2016 is almost over. This blog has grown tremendously in the past year, and my art has improved with it. It’s kind of amazing to look back and see how far I’ve come in just twelve months. Here’s to a future year of art improvements (and probably more Fire Emblem, let’s be real). Thank you all for your support!

Long time no post! It’s technically the end of fall, but the weather here is finally starting to get chilly, so I’m going to enjoy it while I can.
What's your opinion on Saizo?
To be perfectly honest, I’m not a fan of him. I don’t find him as interesting as a lot of the other characters in Fates, plus he’s rude in a way I can’t really justify. If I ever use a ninja unit, I tend to opt for Kaze or Kagero first. There are plenty of people out there who like him, so more power to them, but he’s just not the kind of character that I usually like.
He did, however, pass down his genes to my amazing ninja!Shigure though, so hey, props where props are due.

I intended to have Velouria dressed as Little Red Riding Hood, but then she wound up just... looking like Velouria. So I was like fine you can stay that way.

Hmm. I definitely wanted her to be more Nohrian. I was going to make her a vampire at first, but it fit Shigure more. Werewolf had a similar vibe in my head, plus I thought it would look cute on her.
