I've being going through a lot of crap lately. I've recently lost my aunt to breast cancer. Found out my dad has bowel cancer. My job is stressing me out and my mental health is down the drain. Last Sunday i decided to track what I eat again. I returned to the gym on Monday and this is the result of my hard work. I'm so proud of myself and I plan to keep on going
