This is for anyone who got ticket to Billie tour last year before COVID hit!!!
As like many others my sister got me, her an our little sister Billie eilish tickets for my birthday. The show was suppose to be on March 28th 2020 but sadly COVID hit. My sister tried to contact billies touring company or whatever it’s called to try an get a refund because all together the tickets where close to 1,000 dollars an yaknow if your not gonna get to see the show you’d want the money back right?
Basically for month’s my sister tried to contact the tour’s customer service an not getting full answers on if she’d get the money back or not because “the tour still might continue after COVID” but now she’s going on a new world tour. we are just wondering if anyone else went/ still is going through this. I want to make it clear this isn’t me trying to hate on Billie I love her an her music but if she’s keeping money from people/ fans that didn’t get to see the shows because they got canceled due to the pandemic we feel like it should be returned to the people who didn’t get to see her, because yaknow some people could really use the money back an put it toward something useful.
