“He was a prince and he was a pirate... Can I make it anymore obvious?”

Everyone, please look at this lovely piece of art that I commissioned the one and only @pand4nn for a monoshin fic that I'm currently working on.

This one had been gathering dust safe kept in my files but now that Danny is not around anymore, I figured it was about time to share it with the world. You're welcome, by the way.

Shinso: Hey Midoriya.
Izuku: I’m sure you remember Kacchan.
Shinso:…Yes, I do. I always thought that I was your biggest asshole friend.
Bakugo: Mommy issues?
Shinso: Daddy issues. Superior complex?
Bakugo: Inferior.
Shinso: Hmm.

Banishing

Banishing is another important part of a witches practice. Banishing is far more specific and direct than warding, often targeted towards a specific spirit, energy or a specific person. Banishing comes on many different forms, these can be candle spells, jars, the use of sound, visualisation, smoke etc.

I will cover some of the most common ways to banish and how to do them!

Banishing jars

  • With all jar spells, they include a jar which contains ingredients such as herbs (I'll include a list of banishing herbs below), salt, bodily fluids, a petition paper, ashes of a sigil programmed with the intention of banishing, glass shards, nails etc. When encountered with a time you need to banish, simply fill the jar up with ingredients and seal with a black or white wax.
  • Some practitioners like to create a banishing jar and then shake the jar each time they feel the need to banish negativity or a person.

Spells

  • They're are hundreds of ways to create a spell, the aforementioned jar is one of them. Spells can range from long elaborate rituals to small candle spells which only take a few minutes to do.
  • The ingredients for a spell will range from practitioner to practitioner, some of the most common include the use of herbs, fungi, plants, sigils, petition papers, crystals, precious metals, water, oils, moon phases and days of the week.

Smoke

  • Any form of smoke can be used to banish. Some of the most common ways to banish usually include bundles of herbs, resins, woods, incense etc.
  • Simply light your way of banishing and let the smoke flow and banish the negativity in the area.
  • Please be careful when using any form of fire, practice fire safety and always keep an eye on your bundle while it burns. Put it on a fireproof dish or plate so you dont burn your hands.

Sound

  • Anything that produces sound can be used as a way of banishing. This can be using a singing bowl, singing, an instrument, hitting pots and pans together etc. Anything used with the intent of banishing can be used to banish negativity.
  • A good idea would be to pick a song which bring you happiness when listening and use that as a form of banishing.

Herbs

  • There are thousands of herbs out there which can be used to banish. Here are a few you can use!
  • Some examples are; Dragons blood, Lavender, Garden Sage, Chilli flakes, Rosemary, Garlic ,Thorns, Black pepper, Cedar, Angelica, Basil, Broom, Cumin, Fleabane, Mandrake, Lilac, Hot pepper, Pine, Onion, Rowan, Salt, Black Salt, Wolfsbane (please be VERY careful handling wolfsbane), Yarrow, Rue etc.

Overall, there is a lot of ways to banish negativity. Please note that this isnt am exhaustive list, theres hundreds of ways to banish and this varies from person to person. Depending on the strength of this negativity, it might take multiple attempts to banish before it completely disappears.

witchy ways to help with depression!

depression and mental illnesses can be hard to deal with, i hope that what i've shared can help!

1. if you don't have enough energy to get out of bed, research witchcraft and write it down! it doesn't have to be on paper, your notes work just as well. :)

2. charge your drink! put your water (or whatever your drinking) under the sun or moon light. you can also leave certain crystals or draw a sigil on the glass/cap.

3. light candles/incense. cleanse your room of any negative energies.

4. probably on literally any 'ways to fight depression' but open your curtains! open the windows and let the breeze take away the negative energy.

5. connect with nature and go for a walk! it could just be in your backyard but please be grateful of how pretty nature is. :D

6. (my personal favorite) open your door, listen to loud angry music (optional), and yell "GET OUT > :<". maybe light some candles, sweep or vacuum the floor while keeping in mind what you want to banish.

7. keep crystals on your nightstand/under your pillow. (amethyst works well for good sleep!)

8. if you have access to herbs and a little bag/container, keep some rosemary in your pocket! it helps with good health, purification, cleansing, and preventing nightmares :)

9. use knot magic while tying your shoes, a bow, or headbands!

10. if your feeling a little bit better today, make a sigil, do a simple protection spell, or meditate.

11. put a protection sigil on your door to ward off evil and bad energies!

12. for a simple manifestation, write an affirmation on a bay leaf and burn it.

13. if you remember your dreams, start a dream journal! even if you only recall the slightest details, its still good to write it down.

14. if your up to it, connect yourself with the elements every day. [some examples: walk barefoot: earth, take a bath/shower: water, light a candle: fire, singing: air]

again, i hope these will help you through your days! sometimes i feel down too and struggle with even getting out of bed. though i don't know you i hope you get through your struggles! please make sure to take time to yourself, drink water, eat some ramen, maybe even sleep a little earlier than usual. have a good day :)

Anonymous asked:

I think this is a really broad question, but how do you start working with demons? I've been thinking about it for years now, and it's something I've wanted to get into, but it's hard to find reliable sources on how

Oh geez. Demon is a really broad term, and branches off into many cultures. I wouldn’t recommend talking to random demons, especially if your a beginner, I would recommend talking to a demon that is well known, so to speak, because you have a better idea of who you are summoning. I did it on a whim, which I DO NOT recommend, make sure to have sigils, wards and protection. Apparently “low-born demons” are really chill generally and are more human, but you would have to talk to @chaosjelly about that (and ask about working with demons, they have more experience).

I don’t feel comfortable telling you exactly who/what to work with, just in case it goes wrong. Demons are pretty difficult in my opinion. I mean, the Goetic I work with is a kind and understanding, but I am aware that he could kick my ass if he wanted. Most work with Goetics, because you can easily find their sigils, their personality and what they like as offerings due to the Key of Solomon. Plus, you can talk to other people who work with them for advice. For example the Goetic community agree that certain Goetics shouldn’t be summoned. I strongly recommend asking @daemonwitch. I wouldn’t know what to do if not for them and they are extremely lovely…and again, more experienced than me. I’m not telling you to work with Goetics, but most beginners seem to start with them.

WHAT I DID: When I found who I wanted to summon I opened a circle (nothing fancy, just with my wand) to set up a space for them and placed a protection sigil on my altar. I drew his sigil, and spoke. I greeted him, invited him to my circle, and gave an offering to welcome him. I told him that I wanted to learn more about __ in due time and have a mentor/student relationship. I did meditate and scry, but I didn’t see him. For me, he was cautious and was checking everything out to see if I was serious or not. I communicated via tarot the next time. I’ve only recently been able to get clear sentences, see him throughout the summoning in my minds eye, and really feel his energy. At first I could only get feelings or a word.

Ask the demon about themselves to get a clear understanding, and put boundaries, saying that they can’t harm people who have been welcomed into your house, they can’t go into ___ bedroom, etc. It’s necessary and sometimes demons like to push boundaries to see how you react, I good one will respect you, a bad one will get pissed off, in that case, banish them.

Remember like all entities, demons can lie, they can be manipulative and they can hurt you. Never think that you HAVE to work with them to be powerful, you are powerful on your own. If you don’t like something, speak your mind. The Goetic I talk to has literally told me to be more assertive and not apologies so much. Talk to the people I mentioned above, they love to help people and may have info on non-goetics. You can search demons in my tag as well for more information ( I did just re-blog something). Please, don’t hesitate to ask more questions.

Guide for Baby Demonolatry practitioners

Hello! Today, I’ve decided to make a post for my newbie LHP practitioners. First of all, if you decided to walk with demons and dark gods, congratulations, I’m happy for you! This path is beautiful and mysterious, but it does get overwhelming. There’s a lot to learn, plus, you can’t turn back. Not for the faint-hearted, proceeding to be calm as you communicate with ‘evil’ forces are not the easiest thing. You can be easily manipulated, they won’t give a shit.

Most of the time, if one of them thinks you’re ready, they’ll reach out.  But of course, you have to know some stuff.

1. Protection magick. Can’t stress this enough. You have to have strong wards, what if something you don’t want comes in? Lock your mirrors, do protection spells, wear talismans, ask for protection from your deities, etc. etc.

2. Many of us don’t worship any demons, dragons, or really any ‘infernal’ spirit, but some of us do. You can start by researching Satanism, Luciferianism, etc.

3. Black magick types.

4. The hierarchy of demons. Sorry, you might suffer a bit here, wishing you luck.

5. Rituals, casting a demonic circle.

6. Offerings for them.

7.. My absolute favourite, traditional demonolatry, demonology.

8.. This one is optional to be honest, but vampirism. No you don’t suck out someone’s blood, no you don’t burn when it’s sunny, you feed off of spiritual energy.

9. The Qliphoth. Kabbalah, Jewish mysticism. So important. You won’t be able to understand most stuff.

10. Ars Goetia, The Lesser Key of King Solomon. As important. Some don’t like King Solomon, but that doesn’t mean you have to avoid it, limiting yourself to only one group of demons is not going to help you.

Yeah, so, these are the ones I would suggest you to do research on. I know it’s overwhelming but you can do this, I promise! You can always message me if you have any questions, I’d respond. Have fun researching.

So you want to work with demons?

To me, working with demons is a little more dangerous than working with deities. It’s because there are demons for anything you could think of, each different, harder to identify. Now I’m not saying most actions lack deities, a deity is a god of multiple things but none can cause a girl to dance naked like Sidragosam, or open any lock like Surgat. Plus, once you start working with demons, you also start to focus on yourself, think of ways to heal.

Most demons were also ancient deities that were demonized, so for me, they are as wise as the RHP deities. They followed Lord Lucifer and Lord Satan, they ran after equality, wisdom, freedom. Working with them is an incredible opportunity, and I will teach you how to bond with them in this post!

So first things first, if you’re a beginner witch/pagan/anything, I don’t suggest you to work with demons. Not because they’ll ruin your life, give you nightmares and drain your energy, but because demonic magick isn’t as easy as it sounds. Certain types of magick should be mastered before this, for example, the most important one, protection magick. If you can’t protect yourself, then you’d get fucked in this path. Just because I’m calling them neutral doesn’t mean they aren’t going to hurt you. Some even die.

If you are experienced, you can start with a demon that’s suitable for beginners. 7 Princes of Hell (Lord Lucifer, Lord Beelzebub, etc.) could work, or Lord Samael’s bride, Lady Lilith, I’d prefer if you did this research on your own. I will leave some sources under this post so you can research. You don’t have to memorize each demon, no, but have an opinion.

Bonding is where things start getting serious. Once you have a demon you want to work with in your mind, do more research about them. Talk with them, get closer, light a candle for them. A stranger you see on the street won’t give you the best they have if you guys have no idea about each other, so bond.

Once this is done, you should trust your intuition. If you feel ready, reach out to them. Now, I see these fancy rituals for demons in books (Grimorium verum, Lesser Key of Solomon, etc.) they might be needed for some, but some don’t care. I think if they are already reaching out to you, you can grab a pendulum, create a sacred space, light their candle, offer them something and accept the offer. However, if they haven’t reached out, a specific ritual could be a great way to invite them in. This is invocation, inviting them politely.

Evocation, however, is by force so the chance of them getting angry increases a lot. The magickian is outside of the circle, and the demon is inside. Be nice, they have PTSD because of King Solomon. Not only satanists and other similar worshippers try these evocations, christians does it, christian occultists as well. Takes a lot of energy, and I don’t suggest it at all.

Every ritual has three steps. The beginning, body ritual and ending.

The beginning is a little confusing, so don’t get discouraged if you can’t really do it at first. Now, place your candles. Could be the colors that 4 elements represent, black too, up to you, but don’t mess with it too much. North, east, south, west. Start with north. Point your dagger/athame/wand/finger upwards, relax and clear your mind, draw a mix of ZD (look it up the internet please). Call a demon that’s elemental attribution is earth. Chant their enn preferably three times, invite them. Feel as if the element earth is entering in, creating the first layer of our circle. Turn to east, call a demon who represents air. Do the same with last two points. South for fire, west for water.

Then you invoke the demon you’ve chosen by its enn.

There! The body isn’t as hard. You can do divination, meditation, have sex, dance, sing, pray, leave offerings, manifest, make sacrifice. The demon might choose to show itself to you, but it won’t always happen, don’t be disappointed. The amount of success doesn’t determine the demon’s choice.

After you are done, thank all the demons, snuff out their candles. Do NOT blow out their candles. No. Big no. I don’t care if you are a chaos witch who doesn’t care, it’s disrespectful to demons and you aren’t doing spells here. Especially if they are kings or princes.

Once you’re done, set up an altar for them if it’s accepted. Also, side note, make sure your wards are strong. There are lots of spirits, an unknown one could come, we don’t want that. Anyways, after that, you could start working with them!

I hope this was helpful. If you have any questions, reply to this post, I will answer them. Have a great day, may the Queen walk with you. And please don’t steal my post, I put my time into this. 15.01.21

a fun thing to add to your grimoire is your personal correspondences. this can be a section dedicated to the little things that are connected to you and you can use them when tailoring spells or rituals to yourself. think of this like any other correspondence page you would make for a subject (ex. the moon, colors, crystals, herbs, etc.) most of the things i have included down below either come from your birth date or personal preference. my list isn't exhaustive, it's merely a handful of possibilities. i prefer to have my personal correspondence page towards the front of my grimoire along with my beliefs and book blessings because it feels like it really personalizes the book. you can go a step further and include a picture of yourself (printed out or drawn) in this area.

ideas for what to include on a personal correspondence page:

  • birth chart
  • birthstone
  • birth flower
  • birth tarot cards
  • birth moon phase
  • life path numerology
  • name numerology
  • favorite herbs
  • favorite crystals
  • favorite colors
  • favorite seasons
  • favorite tools to use in your craft
  • favorite flowers

Knopper Gall Ink

There are a huge number of galls that can form on Oak trees and I’ve come across a few.

The ones I’m interested in are the large ones, the Marble Gall, Oak Apple Gall and Knopper Gall.

All of which are reportedly high in tannins and can be used to create a black ink that I feel would make a wonderful addition to my spell work.

As I don’t have enough of the more traditionally used Marble Galls I thought I would try it with Knoppers which have been plentiful enough last year that I could give it a good try and not have to worry if I had to start over as I’ve picked up more this year to dry.

The method of creating the ink comes in stages so I’ve started with the longest process.

You will need…

- Rain Water

- Oak Knopper Galls (Dried for 6-12 months)

- Pestle & Mortar

- Jars with lids

- Vinegar

- Steel wool

- Gum Arabic

- Coffee filter or cheesecloth

- Glass pen or brush (not fountain/nibbed)

Extracting the Tannins

🌳 Remove the galls from the acorn host and clean off any dirt or debris especially if they have been collected from the muddy ground.

🌳 Using a pestle and mortar or bag and mallet, crush the galls. They do not have to be ground up but chunky pieces.

🌳 Remove any unwanted materials including any remaining larvae.

🌳 Put the crushed galls into a jar and add enough rainwater to cover them. Tannins will begin to leach out into the water almost immediately.

🌳 Place the jar in a sunny spot and leave for 10 days, shake occasionally if you feel like it.

Making the Iron Sulphate

🌳 Add a good lump of steel wool onto a jar and pour in the vinegar (this can be a cheap malt vinegar)

🌳 Place the lid on lightly and set aside with the gall solution.

…WAIT 10 DAYS…

Making the Ink

🌳You should now have a dark brown solution in the jar with the galls.

🌳 Strain the solution using a filter into another clean jar.

🌳 Repeat this process again with the steel wool/vinegar solution but make sure it’s into a clean jar and use a new filter!

🌳 Take the jar which you would like to hold your ink and add in equal measures the two solutions before adding in a small amount of the Gum Arabic and stir to help it dissolve, more can be added if required.

You should be left with a dark brown to black solution that you can now use as ink!
