Ludwig: They are both fairly well behaved, honestly. They don’t throw tantrums often, but when they do they scream and hit like any other child. Feliciano has mastered getting them under control and calming them down. I don’t know how he does it, but he’s a miracle worker.

Feliciano watched his daughter break into tears in the living room. It was half an hour after her bedtime and she insisted on watching another episode of whatever was on TV.

“No!” She balled her hands into fists. “I don’t want to go to bed!” She hiccuped pathetically.

“Isobel. It’s seven thirty. You need to go to bed.” Ludwig said, looking up from folding clothes into a laundry basket.

“No!” The toddler stormed over to kick over the laundry basket. She watched her father pinch the bridge of his nose and look her in the eyes.

“Isobel-”

“NO!” She shouted, wiping away dripping tears. “I’m not tired!”

Feliciano crouched her level and took her small hands.

“NO!” Isobel yelled defiantly, smacking his arm.

Feliciano simply raised a single eyebrow. His auburn eyes held a flame, instantly silencing his child. “Excuse me?”

His daughter bawled her fists again and sniffled.

“Mhmm…” Feliciano  gathered her hands together in his own. “You need to go to bed, bambino. Look at you, you’re so tired.” He wiped away the tears and pressed a kiss to her forehead.

Isobel hiccuped and drooped into his touch. “Don’t wanna.”

“Oh no!” Feliciano rested his head in his hand. “And I bought a new story too! I guess I’ll just have to read it to Claus. Goodnight, Isobel.” He smiled, standing back up and walking off.

“No!! I wanna listen!” Isobel jumped after her father eagerly, tugging on his sweater. Her father picked her up and kept her against his chest, where she hid her wet face into his neck.

“Do you promise to go to bed if I do?” Feliciano asked, holding up his pinkie finger. He smiled against her wild curls when she wrapped her own around his. “Good. First, you have to apologize to Vati.”

Isobel sheepishly looked up when her other father walked towards her. “’M sorry, Vati.” She said softly, meeting Ludwig’s eyes with her own red-rimmed ones.

“Thank you,” Ludwig pressed a kiss to her cheek and brushed her hair back. “Goodnight, Isobel. Ich liebe dich.”

Isobel crooned into his affection. “Ti amo.”

Feliciano pattered his fingers up Ludwig’s chest fondly and cupped the side of his neck before pressing a kiss to his lips.

“I’ll be up in ten minutes,” Ludwig murmured against his lips before stealing another kiss.

Isobel batted her hand at the affection and scowled at her fathers. She was literally right here. 

Both parents smiled as Feliciano parted, taking Isobel upstairs to wipe her face and send her off to bed. He won yet again. No one could beat the Italian’s magic.

Mun is very tired, but she's ready to take on asks! I got a new tablet for Christmas so I can crank out better, cooler artwork for asks! I'll be working on some this weekend because Exams are over!!
