Sebastian found that rather hard, to hand that photo of him to the woman and a part of him just wanted to categorize that action under “not feeling attached” but he knew that was not quite true. He knew that he felt more for her than he liked to admit. And he felt oddly happy too as he saw her face light up like that. Still, there was an uncomfortable feeling within him, as she stared at the photo, and he swallowed. He wasn’t very keen on sharing things about his past.
The sniper wanted to say something, but Sabine was the first one to break the silence, and her smile showed that she did not find it odd in any sense. She loved it.
Onto Sebastian´s smile of relief was pressed a passionate kiss, and he was rather surprised, as Sabine was not the one who would show affection towards him in public. But she leaned over the table, pressing their lips together and Sebastian found himself humming against them.
When the kiss ended, Sebastian had to tear himself into reality again, just like Sabine, he blushed a little.
“Ye´re-Ye´re welcome.” He mumbled, shifting on his chair, and shot her a smile.
“It´s nothin’ special, really.” Once again, Sebastian was trying to minimize the importance of that action, and swallowed thickly. So he added quickly, in order to change the topic.
“An’ I´m sure ye´ll find somethin’, but ye don´t ‘ave to, o’course.” Sebastian avoided her gaze, fingering with the napkin on the table in front of him, wishing that she would just drop the topic. But he knew that wouldn´t be the case, and he already cursed himself for handing her that photograph.
