Today I got to go on one of our runs to more rural shelters to help relieve overcrowding there. We ended up bringing back 21 kittens and 10 dogs. So fun day. But this morning, while I was getting stuff together in preparation for the 90 minute drive…. This happened.

Excuse you Tiniest Opossum, but you are NOT allowed to escape through the front bars of the cat carrier we were housing you in. I’m going to put you back.

“NO!”

I am going to catch you and put you back and you have no say in this matter.

“NO!”

Catching you and putting you back now.

“NOOOOOO!”

Aaaand back you go. Let go of the purple towel and go in the cardboard box.

The signs and witchcraft.

Aries: Aries are very intellectual, extremely bright and clever and quick, and they often know so. This helps them understand their craft well, but can also lead to dangerous arrogance and vanity. They might find help with their problems with impulse in working with Capricorn.

Cancer: Cancers are very sensitive and almost always empaths - but this can help them decipher when it is right to do a spell, how well it is working, and all about the energy around. They are home makers and likely to have the most lovely altars of any other sign. A word of advice would be not to take failures too hard, to take things as face value, and not to get too attached.

Leo: Leos are usually warm and inviting in nature and in energy, but are very much after being the centre of attention and being in the lime light. They are energetic and optimistic, but can be too headstrong, egotistic, and impatient if they are not careful. A Leo could make good business of charging items with their warm energy and giving those items to more of the pessemistic signs, like Aquarius and Taurus.

Virgo:  Virgos are very pure and usually sweet and honest. Try not to be prudish when working. They have a very strong sense of good and bad, right and wrong. That intuition can really help and guide you!

Libra: Libras are romantic, flighty, passionate… often finding it hard to say no to others because they so often want to show them happiness and love. They will probably do best with love spells. It would be good for Libras to work on not getting too carried away by emotion and giving more thought and weight to fact and logic, rather than passion and feelings.

Scorpio: Scorpios are born strong-willed. Spells will have so much force and power behind them! They are very fierce, firey, and passionate, all with a mysterious air about them. They are also very brave and focused, not likely to be distracted or discouraged by failure - a trait many of the signs are jealous of. They should take heed to be less negative, less resentful, and less secretive. Don’t let all of your spells become curses.

Sagittarius: Curious Sagittarius is likely to explore all types of spells and work! They have philosophical minds with hungry for adventure and exploration. They don’t mind charge, are usually optimists, and enthusiastic about life! They probably enjoy the change of the seasons, seeing how nature can change all of a landscape form one cycle of life to another… But be warned, Sagittarius, about an inclination for inconsistency, carelessness, and tactlessness.

Capricorn: Capricorns are impressively driven and determined with a powerful need to succeed. They are the most driven and determined of the signs, in fact. They are usually very traditional, too, so a Capricorn should look into older, more traditional things and they will find that it treats them well. Work on being more flexible and creative.

Aquarius: Aquarius is extremely truthful, curious, and just, craving balance and payment for wrong doings, and positive reinforcement or rewards for things that are done well. They are brilliant, creative, and wonderfully unique! On a more negative note, they are prone to addiction, though, and to being negative and feeling hopeless, to being unpredictable, and to becoming detached. An Aquarius should fall in love with their work and let it guide them away from the negative tendencies listed above.

Pisces: Pisces have lots of empathy and are the dreamers of the signs. They are extremely intuitive about all sorts of things, including about people, animals, places, and things! Pisces should be encouraged to listen to their hearts and trust their gut. Work hard on being too fearful when doing spells. Confidence is a driving force in a spell. Also try not to escape from reality for too long.
