Just once, I want the hero to go “your wife/sister/mother/whatever would not have wanted this!”, and the villain to go, “actually, we talked about this a lot. She was really into vigilante justice and eye for an eye stuff. She always said, if something like this happens, avenge me.”
“Your mother never would have wanted this!”
“Wow you clearly never met my mother.”
“Your wife wouldn’t have wanted this!”
“To be honest, I’m following her list of instructions. Do you think I came up with this plan by myself?”
“I wanted to go to art school, but no! You had to kill my sister and make me enact her 37 step plan on what to do in case she was murdered!”

Offering their snack
Bella was wandering aimlessly tonight while doing her normal walk around Silvermoon when she had come across a couple of people just standing around bickering about some nonsense and she decided to just have a seat a ways back on the ledge of the fountain in the court of the Sun. Continuing to watch as the argument escalated to the point of them yelling at each other and attracting somewhat of a crowd. Then, as she was snickering to herself a woman wanders up to have a seat next to her and hold out a container of popcorn to Bella and, seeing the woman struggling with lowering herself in the state she was in, Bella offered a hand in assistance. Taking a handful of the popcorn and smiling she did a bit of a double take and tilted her head to the side.
Continuing to process , she asked, “Don’t…I know you? You seem especially familiar.” Feeling a loss for words she chewed slowly on the popcorn and lost track of the argument entirely.

Tyerise glances over, first looking to the popcorn that she was offering to the woman before back to Bella’s face. As she was able to finally seat herself, she echo’d the smile that Bella shot at her. “I do not know, but you appear familiar as well.”
Bella shrugs lightly, offering assistance if needed, “I’m not sure either. But I don’t forget a face, even if I haven’t seen it for quite some time. But that is no matter. You can feel free to stay here, I’ll help you when you want to leave as it seems like you would have a tough time getting up when you wish to leave. I’m guessing you’re due rather soon?” Oh yeah, and I am Bella, by the way. Bella Fireseeker.”
Tyerise took a few fingers full of the popcorn as she popped it into her mouth. “I am sometimes terrible with names but at least I recognize a face. Would you honestly stay as long as I would be resting here?” She rubbed her fingers together to rub the salt from the tips of her fingers. “I am Tyerise Soulpyre, a pleasure to meet you, Bella Fireseeker.”
