Baby blocks are up too late.
Do not wish to sleep!
Will probably sleep.
But are first looking to make their nest more snuggly.
Oh... lava lamp...
Noelle looks over and sees them being more grumpy.
She pats her lap and the couch.
The baby blocks quickly climb onto the couch and her lap and give snuggles. Happy baby blocks! Always love mama! Miss birb mama! But are happy blocks.
Are baby blocks. Have not been snuggled much today.
Clearly, baby blocks require snuggles.
Poro?
Dig dig dig.
Happy baby blocks.
Getting all their enrichment today.
Poros will still not allow anyone to harm friend doggo human. Great Poro will not allow that either! Has many friends. Is perhaps, very good at making friends. Would not allow bad things to happen.
"Thank ya dearies - I will be sure ta keep that in mind! And if I ever do find em, I will let ya know so ya can snuggle them ta being good."
Poros cannot imagine that anyone would want to harm a friend of poros! Or the Great Poro. Would be very bad. Cosmic balance would be very upset.
"Some people just don't know what they're doing in life, ne? Can make big mistakes. But I'll be okay! You don't need ta worry."
Dig dig dig.
Happy baby blocks.
Getting all their enrichment today.
@linklewinklewoman Morality is a human construct and having divinity adhere to that system suggests they need mortals more than they are needed. Which isn't bad, I like that as powerful as they are, they need humans.
// see I have the exact opposite take. I prefer when the gods absolutely have no need of humans. I like the idea that morality is a human construct, but there needs to be some kind of overarching structure to have any kind of like, religion.
idk, I have always been more attracted to the notion that the gods are playing D&D with human lives because, well, they're bored af.
((OOC: If anyone could spare some euros to donate, I'd love you with all my heart.))
@linklewinklewoman Order, chaos, life, death, war, wisdom. Another 6
// the problem I'm having is ordering them.
So, the concept I came up with is that you have a structure where there are 24 great divinities. Each one is associated with an hour. Noon would be the high point of light/good, Midnight for evil/darkness. The gods at 6 am and 6 pm are the most neutral.
So basically, noon and midnight are easy. 6 pm is judgement, 6 am is creation.
But ordering them based on associations on their closeness or distance from good/evil is hard.
Unless I just ignore all that, throw up my hands, and go like 'fuck it, morality is dumb.'
// I am so bad at worldbuilding like
me: okay gotta come up with 24 different godly purviews to cover 24 hours
me: okay, uh... judgement, darkness, light, creation... I'm out of ideas.
me: I'm thinking about getting rid of this stuff first
my dad: you should get rid of the stuffies first
me: over my dead body
Big Poro.
// Just imagining the poros having a podcast or something
would be silly
