I opened my eyes slowly and my senses returned. I shivered and Nathan wrapped me his arms rubbing my arms and holding me to his chest. I turned slightly in his arms and his face was a mixture of confusion and something else. “Thank you,” I managed to croak out. My heart thundered in chest as he turned me towards him and leaned down towards me. “I’m so sorry,” he whispered before leaning in and kissing me gently on the lips. He then pulled back and kissed me on the forehead, “I’m not sure what I would have done if I had lost you.” He pulled me close for a moment and kissed the top of my head. He paused there for a moment then pulled back and stood up. He smiled down at me, still sitting there, stunned.

Nervewracking

So today Candlelight, one of my books is free. Luminosity is 99p/99c and Ignition is available for pre-order. I've also set up a new group for betas and reviewers which is very nerve wracking for me because it means I know a lot of people are going to be reading my work.

I love writing, reading and having fun. I have published two books on Amazon so far and have a few more coming soon. Reading for me is an escape, a window to other worlds and a joy. Writing is therapeutic, time consuming and enjoyable. I love to read many different genres and my favourite authors are JR Tolkien, JK Rowling, Jill Mansel, Lauren Kate, S.C Stevens, Jamie Maguire, Stephanie Hudson and Josephine Angelini. I also love to learn, and with two degrees under my belt and studying for a third, my life is never boring, always challenging and sometimes chaotic, but I love it.
