Can I just say that y'all sharing your positive experiences with therapy are extremely important? I had a Bad therapist in high school and I’m only just now (almost a decade later) considering trying therapy again, largely in thanks to people who talk openly about their treatment and how it helps them.

Trying to prove a point to my dad

It does not matter what kind of birth you are, what your convictions are or what your destiny is, we are all people and we all deserve the same amount of love, respect, rights and responsibilities. Of course, as long as we do not violate the rights and freedom of others. It seems to be obvious things, but in my country (Russia) there are still people who do not think so. I hope you understand what I mean.

I added myself to this post, because in my childhood I was bullied by my peers because I was born with one eye. The reason: parents do not teach their children to respect other people as they are. Consequence: psychological trauma, fear of society and poor communication with people.

I ask you, be humane! There are a lot of people in the world who are prevented from living by the fact that they are not like others. You will make them very happy, if you are sympathetic to their situation. They do not do anything evil. Hating them is the real evil.
