Started a new game (didn't delete the old one yet though), so I could tweak the settings and just make it really easy for myself so i could enjoy story more than anything else and explore leisurely. hopefully

Starting a new BG3 save with a customized difficulty (Easy As Hell)

First you procrastinate on the task because it is not a big enough deal to get done urgently. Then you procrastinate on the task because it has become such a big deal that doing it is overwhelming. You would think that this implies a middle point where it is just big enough of a deal to get done easily, however the inherent perversity of the universe's causal geometry prevents this

Oh I forgot to mention (I think)

Bella had her vet appointment today earlier this morning. Had her looked at. Even the vets could see it was too red and angry to try to clean, because irritating it would just make her scratch more and might just make it worse. So we got some antibiotic chews that I can mix into her food, some eardrops to give every day, her allergy medicine which she'll be taking twice a day temporarily rather than once, and some ear cleaner to start using on Monday if her ear is less angry and inflamed.

Aside from her ear looking gross and being tender, she acts perfectly normal. You wouldn't know she had such a bad infection lkjshdfg

Also I think the medicine is making her smell different, because she was swarmed by mosquitos outside a few minutes ago (I got her out of it) and I've NEVER seen that happen before.

tempted to start a new playthrough so i can look at all the possible setting tweaks and make combat laughably easy for myself. i need blorbo research and that means Story and Scenery.
