Trickster’s Prayer

As I lay me down to rest,

Trickster, won’t you be my guest.

Come and see me in my sleep,

And know my heart is yours to keep.

And when the morning dawns with light,

Trickster, keep me in your sight.

As I go about my day

Come and teach me in your way.

And when the world is harsh and cruel,

Trickster, use me as your tool.

Correct the wrongs as you see fit,

Criticise with word and wit.

And when a problem comes my way,

Trickster, promise me you’ll stay

To see it through until the end

And all the while remain my friend.

And when my heart is hard and hollow,

Trickster, find me in my sorrow.

Comfort me in times of pain,

And help me learn to smile again.

And when my heart is filled with glee,

Trickster, won’t you laugh with me?

Together, shall we mock the Earth,

Lighten our hearts with joy and mirth.

As I lay me down to bed,

Trickster, you are in my head.

Whatever morning has in store,

Be with me forevermore.

30 Days of Paganism

Does anyone have this 31 days of witchcraft post or list of all the days I cant bloody find it!?

Avatar
eelkat

Okay, here they are, there are 6 different ones, so not sure which one it was you were looking for. The reason you are having trouble finding the original posts is because in each case the original poster did not tag the post, making them VERY hard to search for. Also because so many folks don’t tag their replies you also miss out on seeing a lot of the answers, unless you follow that person and just see all of their posts, so make sure you use the tags if you want folks to read your posts! I’m just going to copy and paste the entire list right into this post for you. Hopeful the one you are looking for is one of these…

————————————————-

For all of these lists use the use tags:

#30 Days of Challenge

#31 Days of Challenge

#witch

#witchcraft

#pagan

#paganism

#spirituality

#beliefs

#religion

#magic arts

#Pagan Study Group

#practicing witch

Remember that people use tags to find your post, don’t forget to also add tags that are very topic specific to each individual answer you write, for example #divination, #altar, #Wicca, #Voodoo, #Druid, #Sea Witch, #Solitary Witch, #polytheist, #deities, #crystals, #candle magic, #tarot, #color meaning, etc.

plus use the specific tags I have put with each list:

#52 Weeks of Witchcraft

and

#52 Weeks of Paganism

for this one:

The Pagan Blog Project… I did this last year on Blogger and WordPress. I’ve misplaced the original post, but I’ve made up my own list for 2013 (I believe the dates are correct). Basically, you spend two weeks focusing on a letter, and write at least two blog posts (one each week) about a pagan topic, which starts with that week’s letter (for example A is for Altar, B is for Book of Shadows, etc).  You can write up to 14 topics per letter (1 post each day for the 2 weeks) or as little as 2 (one each week), or any amount in between. Basically the goal is to write as many Pagan topics per year, as you can think of to write about.

Why would you do this? The goal of this Blog Posting Challenge is to share with others how you practice your personal religious traditions. It is intended to be a learning experience to help end much of the Hollywood inspired confusion and misconceptions about Witches and Pagans.

Here is the date list for anyone who wishes to join in. Simply fill in the blank with any pagan related topic of your own choosing. Enjoy!
