S.Coups:

The fight, as per usual, had been petty but persistent over the past few weeks. Though you had kept it inside for a while, you couldn’t help but feel like between his career and the boys you would always be someone who faded into the background behind the spotlight constantly following Seungcheol. Things had flared when he returned home later than promised, as per usual, on a night you two had scheduled a date. Suffice to say, you lost it. He barely had the chance to put his bag down before you were calling him out, wasting no time in reminding him what day it was and what he promised. Where your words ended and his begun became inseparable as your emotions spilled from your venomous tongue, weeks of pent up emotion spilling into anger beyond your control while he shot back just as spitefully, a combination of sleepiness and stress fueling the fire in his eyes. And then he did it. “WELL IF YOU HATE ME SO MUCH WHY DON’T YOU JUST FIND ANOTHER BOYFRIEND” he said, now screaming at the top of his voice, stopping you in your tracks. He moved towards you, causing you to flinch away slightly, your hands rushing to cover your face. The next touch you felt was gentle, big hands moving yours from your face slowly, rubbing circles into the back of your hand as the fire in his eyes was immediately extinguished. “Baby, no, I’m so sorry. I was angry but I would never... do that” he would whisper, hands shaking as he pulled you into a tight hug, his lips pressing a tender kiss to your hair. “I know”, you said more to yourself but by the tightening in his chest you knew he heard it. 

Wonwoo:

With Wonwoo fights were few and far between but they broke both of your hearts when the rare ones did occur. There would never be shouting, Wonwoo simply wasn’t the type, he would simply ignore you, the only words exchanged being blunt and absolutely necessary. This one was no different. It had been over just a silly misunderstanding but you two had been at a deadlock for weeks and you were both being too stubborn and petty to give in. It had all kicked off on a normal morning, you had gone downstairs to get some coffee like you did every morning, although on a different morning you probably would have asked him if he wanted one. But no, why should you bother? So you made your coffee and stood in your usual spot, leaning against the kitchen counter as you heard his footsteps padding down the stairs. “No, don’t worry, I didn’t want a coffee” he remarked sarcastically, walking over to the cupboard next to your head to get a mug out. He placed the mug down on the counter with a heavy thud, the clank scaring you and causing you to flinch a little where you stood. Wonwoo caught it immediately and sighed. “I hate this” he said before disappearing off to your bedroom, reappearing ten minutes later with his gym bag and a sleeveless hoodie and shorts on. “See you later” he said quietly before going to the boxing ring, punching the hell out of a dummy. By the time he had got his anger out and assured himself he could take on anyone who tried to hurt you, he returned home with flowers, an apology and all the love in the world.

Mingyu:

You and Mingyu had always been competitive, it was one of the things you bonded over as friends before you two got together. That spark of competitiveness never went away and was ever prominent in most things you did, for the better or the worse. It had all started out as just a friendly game of Mario Kart. The insults started silly, “my kart is better than your kart” sort of antics but a few races in they had escalated to somewhat more hurtful comments, on both of your parts. “God you’re so aggressive when you play this” you would tell Mingyu who would immediately get defensive. “Urm says you.” he snap back. “What’s that supposed to mean, I was only joking!” you would say, pausing the game to look at him and see his reactions. “Hilairious.” he would say simply, putting his controller down and going to the kitchen to get a glass of water. You decided to follow him. “Come to have another dig have you?” he said, his insecurities, speaking for him. “What? No, Mingyu stop.” you would say, hurt somewhat. He went to walk past you but tripped slightly, banging into your shoulder a little. As he turned to look at you and reached a hand out to steady you and apologize he saw you flinch away a little. “Y/N it was an accident, I would never intentionally barge into you, let alone lay a hand on you. I love you Y/N. So much. I’m sorry I blew things so out of proportion” he’d whisper quietly, kissing your forehead and rubbing your shoulder delicately. 

Vernon:

Vernon had never been one for confrontation, but they say you hurt the ones you love the most. The pressure of being in Seventeen was getting to him and when he returned home to you, he would be exhausted, stressed and snappy. You understood for the most part, you loved him and everything that came with it but sometimes you felt like an emotional punching bag for him, a way for him to vent rather than seek comfort. One day, after a particularly long day for Vernon of promotions, you decided to ask him why he always took it out on you. You sat him down and you could already tell by the look on his face that he was in no mood to be having this conversation. Tough, it was now or never. “Vernon, you know I love you but lately I’ve been feeling a bit like you only use me to vent your anger, it’s not even really like we’re together anymore, I can’t remember the last time you showed me affection-” “Oh Y/N do we have to do this now” he would say exasperated. “Yes! We do! Do you not see how upset I am?” “Do you not see how tired I am?” he would shoot back, though you couldn’t remember the last time he wasn’t tired. “Screw this, I’m going to bed” he said, anger laced in his voice. He leaned down to give you a kiss on the cheek and you flinched away a little. Vernon headed upstairs to the bedroom, when the door was closed his emotions came like a tidal wave, he broke down against the door with tears coming quickly and running off his chin. You heard him downstairs and ran to him immediately, knocking on the door before you saw what a state he was in. “I’m so sorry Y/N,” was all he could croak out as you cradled him on the floor, taking in the sight of your Vernon finally coming back. The Vernon you loved more than anyone.

Day6 Reaction: Being there for you when you’re sad

A/N: Here you go my lovely, enjoy! (I do love writing about these dorks rather a lot)

Jae:

He would do everything he possibly could to hear your melodic laugh again but when the humor that usually has you doubled over fails, he always has a plan B up his sleeve. On the days where you just had enough of the world beating you down, he would simply cuddle up to you where you laid on your bed, allowing your head to fall onto his chest while he stroked your hair gently, adding small kisses to your forehead occasionally. He would never make you talk until you wanted to, and would often put on one of your favorite movies and grab some popcorn if that was what you wanted. 

Sungjin:

He would be so concerned about you when he came home and saw the face that would usually light up every room looking so down. At first he would see if you wanted to talk, knowing bottling it up wouldn’t do you any good and wanting to know if he could help but really, all you needed was the shoulder to cry on he was more than happy to give. After a while he would volunteer to drive you to your favorite ice cream place and bought you a huge cone with your favorite flavor which, after getting it on your nose and chin bought that smile back.

Young K:

I feel like out of all the boys Brian would be the most tuned in to other people’s emotions and so when you were feeling down, even without saying anything he would know immediately. He would choose not to ask what was wrong- you would tell him when you were ready. Instead he would do the one thing he knew could always make you smile, play the guitar and sing for you. He would grin as your shoulders began to relax to the sound of the guitar strings, knowing he’d made your rubbish day just a little easier. Afterwards he’d kiss your nose and tell you that no matter what was going on, you’d get through it and he was there for you.

Wonpil:

Best believe this ray of sunshine is going to do everything in his power to cheer you up. He would come home to see you lying on the couch, brows knitted together, the only noise filling the room being your occasional sighs. He’d disappear upstairs following a most ingenious brainwave, rummaging through your draws and wardrobe to get exactly what he needed. He’d return downstairs an hour later, flower crown on, heart stickers on his face and a pair of your high heels as he strutted around the house, grinning at you in order to make you laugh. Mere seconds you were laughing and dancing round the house with him, thanking him for cheering you up.

Dowoon:

When you told Dowoon you were upset because an incident at work had made you angry he knew just what to do. He’d take your hands and stand you up from where you’d been sitting and kiss them lightly. “Do you trust me?” he’d ask slyly, pinching your sides as he lead you gently into his practice room where he sat you down in front of his drums before handing you the drumsticks. He’d nod towards the drum kit allowing you to bash out all your anger and upset on the drums as he watched you proudly and giggled as he saw your sadness melt away.

BTS Reaction: Their girlfriend is a total bookworm

Jin:

He’d love the fact you had both the beauty and the brains and would cherish the way your eyes would light up whenever the pages would spark your imagination and run off with your thoughts. Mornings spent in cafes where you would tell him all about the book you were reading and your favorite characters would be coupled with a strawberry milkshake each and eyes brimming with admiration.

Yoongi:

Your unwavering passion would be one of the biggest things that made Yoongi fall for you. He’d love the way your eye brows would crumple as your eyes traced every word and the way your eye lids would grow heavy as you read into the night. Most of all, he would see his passion in you, that small indistinguishable flame that burned in both your bellies that fueled your love for books and his for music. 

J-Hope:

On the rare occasions that you two got to spend time together, he understood that reading was more than a hobby, for you it was a passion and so after having gone out for the day, you’d return to your spot on the sofa and get out your current read. He’d find your routine so endearing and would sit across from you, watching how your face concentrated on the words and how your fingers delicately turned the pages.

Rap Monster:

Many an evening would be spent together, next to each other on the couch reading your books. When he went away on tour, you and Namjoon would exchange books so that whenever you read and wherever he went he would have a piece of the stories that made up your imagination. Such a bond meant the world to him and he seldom traveled without bringing you a book back.

Jimin:

Jimin would have a huge amount of admiration for your dedication to reading and how it broadened your mind, but every now and then he’d want a little more attention than he was getting with your nose in the book. Even though you didn’t like to be disturbed, you could hardly resist his request for cuddles when he poked your cheeks and glanced up at you with those big brown eyes.

Taehyung:

A bit like Jimin, Tae would love attention from his girlfriend and while he respected and appreciated how much you loved your alone time curled up with a book, on the rare times he was free to spend time with you he would want your undivided attention. Sometimes strolling around Seoul hand in hand with Tae taking in the warm evening was better than anything conjured from a book.

Jungkook:

Somewhere along the way in your relationship you two had fallen into a somewhat perfect routine. On free days you’d go out and spend the day together whether it be to the cinema or just out for ice cream and the evening would be spent cuddled on the couch, your head rested on his lap reading while he played video games, running his hands through your hair occasionally. You two had alone time, just together. 

BTS Reaction: An American artist has a crush on them

When he saw the interview with the artist and heard them praise BTS and Jin especially, saying they had a crush on them, Jin would be super flattered even though he’d act nonchalant in front of the other members when they freaked out on his behalf. After all, he is Mr Worldwide Handsome.

Yoongi:

Playing it cool on the outside, but on the inside he is f r e a k i n g out. He would be so happy to be noticed by such an internationally acclaimed artist and would get teased and hyped up by his members for weeks afterwards. ‘Tae do I look good in this jacket?’ ‘Well I’m sure [artist’s name] would think so!’ *GIF*

J-Hope:

He would appreciate it so deeply. Like wow, this talented person not only recognizes me but has a crush on me??? What??? Whenever he was having a bad day or not feeling like he was doing as well as his other members he would watch the interview with them and his day would be made so much brighter.

Rap Monster:

He would be so humbled when the artist commented that they had no idea someone could be so smart and so handsome. It gave his confidnece a huge boost and when he saw the artist at a US award show, he couldn’t help but go up to them and thank them for their kind words. 

Jimin:

‘Oh my god Jimin are you blushing??’ Tae would exclaim from across the room as he sat watching an interview of his favourite US artist on his phone. ‘Wait, what are you watching?’ he would ask, running across the room to steal Jimin’s phone. All Jimin could do was sit on he couch, grin stretched ear to ear while giggling softly.

Taehyung:

‘theylikeyoutheylikeyoutheylikeyou!!’ Jimin and Jungkook would scream, running round in circles and prodding a stunned Tae who rewound the interview to make sure he (and the rest of the maknae line) had heard right. He just blinked for a few seconds before a shy smile made it’s way onto his slightly flushed face.

Jungkook:

‘And if you could see anyone on stage with you, who would it be?’ the inerviewer asked. ‘Well there’s this group in Korea called BTS, there’s a guy in there called Jungkook, he’s so cute I don’t think I could resist performing with him.’ Upon hearing this Jungkook would jump straight on V App. ‘Hello [Artist’s Name], this is Jeon Jungkook’ he’d say using his best English. ‘I accept your offer to perform with you. My people will call your people.’ he’d say, giving hand hearts and giggling.

A/N: sorry Jungkook’s was a lot longer, I just had a bit more of an idea for him :) Sorry if this isn’t the best, I haven’t written in a little while so I’m just getting back into the swing of things x

DAY6 Reaction: You find out they’re in the mafia

A/N: I’m back you guys! So excited my exams are over so I can get back to writing! Thank you all for being so patient, much love ^_^ this one’s been sitting in my inbox for a while so I hope you enjoy!

Jae:

You were both beyond shocked when you discovered Jae’s dark and grizzly past. The blood on his hands was so different to the man you knew and loved so much, Jae could hardly even get the words out to explain, his dry mouth betraying him when he needed it most. ‘Babe listen to me okay? The guy I was back then, that’s not who I am anymore but this stuff follows you around. Now the only reason I stay on their good side is to keep you safe. I will do whatever it takes to keep you safe, do you understand?’ He’d say, gripping your shoulders and searching your eyes for any sign of forgiveness- any sign you didn’t despise him.

Sungjin:

Sungjin would be eerily calm when you first told him you knew what was going on having found a stray bullet casing in his overnight bag. He would chuckle darkly, eyes scanning the floor before meeting yours, an expression unfamiliar would meet you as his chuckle gave way to a grave frown. He would make his way over to you, seeing you back away slightly. ‘I don’t expect you to understand. Just know this is part of my life now and I don’t want you having any  part of it, and that’s not a choice Y/N, okay? I love you too much for that.’

Young K:

He would be incredibly emotional when you told him you knew, believing that it was over for you both and that you would be headed straight for the door. He would love to sit you down to explain things to you calmly but the words came rushing to his head too quick and so he spluttered out a disjointed explanation before telling you how much he loved you unconditionally and that he could only hope that you could find it somewhere in your heart to do the same. He isn’t proud of what he does, but it’s a part of him.

Wonpil:

Fragments of glass flew across the kitchen as he launched his drink across the room, frightening you as you stood in the doorway with a bloody letter in your hand. He slouched onto the kitchen counter, head in his hands before sobbing slightly, shoulders shaking while you stood there, bewildered and unsure of who exactly you had been dating all these years. ‘I wanted to tell you, but if they knew you would be a target’ he would whisper, hicupping every now and again. ‘I didn’t want to lose you, but it looks like I’ve managed that all on my own’.

Dowoon:

At first he would need to remove himself from the situation all together before things blew up. After going on a walk to gain himself some perspective, he came home with a full explanation for why he couldn’t tell you and how he’s not a monster and that he loved you. That all went out the door when he saw you sitting on the couch, staring at his gun in front of you, tear stained cheeks and red eyes staring up at him, laced with disappointment. ‘I’m sorry Y/N’ he would break down. ‘I’m so, so, sorry’ he would sob, crouching in front of you and taking your hands gently in his.

GOT7 Reaction: You get a lip piercing

Mark:

‘Wow...’ he’d say unable to take his eyes off your lips, the way it kind of transformed your face but still left you as beautiful as ever astounded him. ‘You really suit it Jagi... you should’ve got one sooner’ he’d smirk, tugging at his own lip a little. 

JB:

‘Oh damn’ he’d say as soon as he saw it, rushing up to you and inspecting it with pride. ‘I didn’t think you’d actually go through with it’ he’d smirk. He’d been considering getting one himself given he had so many ear piercings and seeing you with one may have just swayed his decision positively a little. 

Jackson:

‘Babe please calm down you’re more nervous than me I swear!’ you would chuckle squeezing your boyfriend’s hand in the chair as you prepared to get your lip pierced. ‘But... that needle is going through your lip!!’ he’d exclaim, wiping his sweaty hands on his jeans. Needless to say he wasn’t much help.

Jinyoung:

When you got home and showed Jinyoung your piercing the only thing he could ask was how much it hurt, whether the person sterilized everything and only winced when you made sure to go into excruciating detail about how the needle felt. 

Youngjae:

‘Wow, it looks hot!’ he said, surprised by how sexy it made you look, but still cute. ‘Mind if I..’ he would lead quietly before kissing your lips gently, careful not to be too aggressive. ‘Yeah I could get used to this...’ he would chuckle lightly.

Bambam:

Just you try to get this boy off your lips now like damn. You thought he was clingy and into you before? You ain’t seen nothing yet. The minute your piercing healed he would be all over it, using it constantly during your make out sessions. It may be your piercing but boy did he get some use out of it.

Yugyeom:

He would be so for you getting this, your biggest cheerleader 100%. He’d go with you to see you get it, hold your hand and rub his thumb over your knuckles, telling you how brave you were. He’d help you pick a piercing out and only just managed to convince himself not to get one.

Exams :(

Xiumin:

I can’t see Xiumin being a huge fan of PDA but when you two were alone he’d love how cuddly you were and the way you’d rest your head on his shoulder and stare at him with big doe eyes. Most of all, he’d love how you respected his boundaries in public too, knowing he’d only hold your hand at most.

Luhan:

Luhan would usually be cuddly himself so to have a S/O who not only reciprocates his cuddles but actively seeks them would be a good match for Lu. Overall his favourite would be when he could wrap you up in his arms with an oversized hoodie on and squidge your precious little cheeks.

Kris:

Kris would love your cuddly and affectionate nature as there wasn’t often a time where his hands weren’t on you in some way. Although he loved your cuddles, he would often be the one to initiate it into more and an intimate kiss wouldn’t be out of the ordinary.

Suho:

Suho would appreciate your cuddles more than anyone after a long and stressful day of looking after his kids. In your arms he felt more supported and it was like his stress melted off. Sometimes if he was really exhausted he’d even ask you for a massage, appreciating how your touch seemed to lift his worries.

Lay:

Yixing would be a big fan of bedtime cuddles and would love nothing more than waking up to the birds singing, the sun peaking through the blinds and feeling you wrapped in his arms, your face totally at peace and your eyelashes fluttering gently. That was his all time favourite where there was no doubt he was in love with you. 

Baekhyun:

As if you couldn’t have him wrapped around your little finger anymore, whenever you would shuffle over to him with that ‘I want cuddles’ look on your face I swear he would melt into the sweetest and most caring boyfriend, taking your hand and kissing your forehead before pulling you toward him gently. 

Chen:

In the rare moments of peace in your manic relationship shared between his idol life and your constant pranks and jokes, Chen would adore cuddling you, it was a special time that reminded him that through all the jokes and teasing he was utterly besotted with you and that while you were his best friend, you were also the love of his life.

Chanyeol:

I think this precious tree would be the biggest cuddler, his height giving him the perfect cuddle advantage for anyone. It didn’t matter where or when, if you wanted cuddles he would always be more than happy to give them, his head resting on yours and his hands running up and down your arms soothingly.

Kyungsoo:

When you tried to initiate PDA he would never be one to shy away from it. He’d blush a ton, be a tad embarassed but low key he would be super pleased that you were so proud to be his S/O. That little bit of contact would mean a lot to him although he’d never say it, he’d also appreciate that you never went too far.

Tao:

I imagine Tao to usually be very passionate so when you just wanted to cuddle for him it would be a welcome change of pace. Overall he wasn’t too fussy, as long as he could show his affection in some way he was more than happy to, but he did love your cuddly nature for sure.

Kai:

Kai would be a massive fan of PDA, whether it be holding your hand, having his arm around your shoulder or a hand on your waist, he would have to have you close to him at all times and so the fact you appreciated it and loved the physical contact would make him feel all the better.

Sehun:

He’d love it, but love it 1000x more when it was in front of the members. It made him feel super manly to have such an affectionate S/O and made it all the more clear that you only had eyes for him, something he really appreciated surrounded by his hyungs.

Seventeen Reaction: (Performance Unit): You’re crying after a stressful day

Request:  Hellooo~ Seventeen's performance unit reacting to their s/o crying one evening after a stressful day at work?

A/N: Done and done my lovely, enjoy!

Jun:

This little sunshine would so desperately just want to make you smile again, there was nothing he hated more than seeing you cry. So he’d gather your duvet and pillows from your bed and drag them to the couch where he’d sit with you in your little cocoon, poking your red cheeks and wafting chocolate under your nose until you finally cracked, giving the grin that he knew could light up any room.

Hoshi:

To Hoshi, laughter was 100% the best medicine. He knew you’d talk to him about what was bothering you as soon as you felt like it but for now, his job was to cheer you up. He’d put on silly voices and impersonate his members which always made you laugh but merely elicited a meek sympathy giggle. Finally, he resorted to putting on Adore U and dancing around like an idiot, shaking his booty and pulling priceless facial expressions that finally had you rolling with laughter, what was undoubtedly his favourite noise in the world.

The8:

Minghao would value communication massively and so his immediate instinct would be to let you vent about your frustrations. He would pull you onto his lap and trace soothing circles and play with your hair gently while he whispered soothing responses to your problems, immediately making you feel lighter and like all of your problems were that little bit more trivial when you explained them so someone as sweet and understanding as Minghao. As long as you had him, how bad could life be?

Dino:

I feel like baby Chan would be the most unsure of what to do in this situation- you were always such a ray of sunshine so to see you sobbing on the couch was quite the shock to the system. He’d look at you, his face the picture of concern before sitting down next to you and putting his arm around you and holding you close. He’d remind you that, no matter what, he was there for you and that any issues you had you were brave, smart and graceful enough to handle with the same class you always did.

DAY6 Reaction: They get jealous so they ask you out (Part 2)

Wonpil:

Wonpil had never really been the jealous type, he just liked to make you happy and as your best friend, he did everything in his power to do exactly that. So long as he was the one making you happy, he was just happy to see that despite his huge crush on you that had been brewing inside of him for quite some time. However, while he did care for you as so much more than a friend his own crippling uncertainty meant he could never imagine himself confessing to you, your friendship meant too much to him and frankly he would be crushed if he found out you didn’t feel the same way. However, eventually he started to notice he wasn’t the only one making you happy; at parties you would happily laugh at other guys jokes while they fawned and drooled over you as if it were nothing. Well at this particular party it was clear the boy who sidled up to you was very much interested in you and you didn’t seem to be shying away from the attention at all. It all got a bit much for Wonpil leaving him to leave your side to sit on the grass outside the thumping house. It wasn’t long before you joined him, visibly confused with your hand resting against his back. When you asked him what was wrong his eyes never met yours, he simply mumbled ‘I don’t like him talking to you. Or anyone for that matter.’. You scoffed. ‘That’s pretty selfish don’t you think?’ ‘I am selfish when it comes to you. I really like you Y/N and it’s driving me insane.’

Dowoon:

You and Dowoon had been driving back from a lunchtime friend date and in the car he was noticeably moody. Usually you would have the radio on blast, jamming in your seats and laughing at each others attempts to lip sync but today was totally different. You sat in cold and stiff silence, him glancing at you every now and again as if expecting you to come to a realization as to some wrongdoing you had committed. Wracking your brain you thought back to the start of the day where Dowoon had been his usual happy self, holding your hand and chatting about his week but now it was like you were sitting with a totally different person. You set your mind back to where it all changed, and it was in the cafe where you were eating lunch. Other than some waiter flirting with you while taking your order, nothing else had happened. Come to think of it, he had refused to put down a tip and was giving him evil side eye every time he approached the table which, you would admit, was a lot. But surely that couldn’t be it, right? Your thoughts carried you back to your place where you forced the hand brake on exasperatedly before turning him with a huff. ‘Okay broody mcmoody, wanna tell me why your face looks like someone broke your drumsticks?’ He simply tried to get out the car but you locked the doors before he could. ‘Don’t you dare Dowoon, we are talking about this. If you don’t want to talk about it fine, but have I done something? Was it the waiter?’ you saw him wince slightly at the last part. ‘I knew it! What is your problem? How did he manage to offend you so deeply?’ ‘Because he was flirting with you Y/N! I’m the only one allowed to do that! And you didn’t even try to stop him!’ ‘And why should I?’ You exclaimed, trying to get your point across. ‘Because you know I like you!’ Dowoon said, seemingly too fast to stop his confession. Silence between you lingered before you unlocked the door. ‘Y/N I’m sorry, I didn’t want to tell you like this-’ you cut him off with a kiss, quick but full of longing, his eyes still shut when you pulled away. ‘It’s okay’ you said, your hand lingering on his arm.
