When word got around that you were seeing Bucky Barnes, some of your friends back home told you to be careful. Not because you couldn't keep up with the rockstar, but because they didn't want him to throw you out when he eventually grew bored of you. Touching as it was, it was also insulting.
Started writing again now that I have the time! Glad to finally be able to get back into it and actually have inspiration to do so. Luckily my pregnancy hasn't been too rough.
Decided to post a small excerpt of one of my recent works, and y'all I could not be more excited with how this is turning out!
Tony stared at you now, his blue eyes assessing you. "Sweetheart, you come in here making demands when you don't realize you walked into the wolf den." You smirked, leaning forward your manicured hands clasping together, "and what you don't realize... sweetheart, is I'm a she wolf. You so much as threaten my family or my business and I will tear your throat out, and I'll smile while doing it." The room stayed silent as you and Tony stared at one another. The tension thick as Steve held his breath. Suddenly booming laughter filled the room as Tony looked at your brother, "I like your little sister Steve." He leaned back the smile still on his face as he looked back at you, "and you miss Rogers have a deal." As he called Thor over you turned your eyes to Steve smirking as you shrugged. He raised an eyebrow before mirroring your smirk with his own.

Steve was dead.
After the locking mechanism to your cell had failed due to a storm overhead, you’d managed to get hold of a butcher's knife in the kitchen.
Steve hadn’t seen it coming when you plunged the knife into his chest while he napped on the couch. He didn’t die immediately. There was a struggle, and you sustained a stab wound to your side when Steve almost overpowered you.
It was hard as Steve had already given you a disadvantage. Several days ago, he had taken your left arm for his sick purpose.
But he was too weak from your sneak attack, and he collapsed on top of you with his dying wheeze.
You’d tried to free other girls, but you were the only one left. And when you’d found Steve’s phone, you were unsurprised to find there was no reception because of the heavy rain that battered down on the roof.
You dressed in one of Steve’s warm sweaters and sweatpants, tucking his phone into your pocket to keep it safe from the rain.

Bucky stared at the ceiling from the floor as he tried to fall asleep. Evergreen and spice lingered in his nostrils from the earlier festivities of the evening. One of the songs you sang over dinner played in a loop in his head, a beautiful melody of hope.

The rain beats wildly against your windshield, the wipers swinging back and forth with a ceaseless but futile effort to keep your view clear. The wind gusts and shakes the trees, the wet and fallen leaves strewn across the pavement as you drive slowly down the dark road.
Your phone has one bar of service and the GPS keeps going in and out. You know you took a wrong turn, but it’s impossible to see in the blackness of the night along these deserted roads and you’re just hoping to find your way back to the highway.
The road ahead starts to slope downward and you can just make out the reflective surface of a large puddle of water pooling in the depression. You start to break but your tires slip and slide and you can feel yourself losing control of the car.
