Hello! My name is Sin (she/her pronouns). I’ve been writing for nine years now and this blog is a mess of writing. Since I currently am not working most of my time is spent reading fanfiction and thinking about writing fanfiction.

Hi! This is actually funny timing, because I'm currently working on/writing that fic. I don't want to give spoilers or anything because the fic will be out hopefully on April 18th, but under the cut is a little teaser/sneak peek.

Hey! I don't have mobile masterlist! I plan on making a little mobile masterlist with just tags for different ships/people/fandoms, because I can't make a mobile masterlist that has all my fics (about 500 of them) without going crazy, lol.

My best advice for being on mobile is clicking on tags for my fics. Like the fandom tag x reader or imagine, or the person/ship tag, which will then take you to the rest of my fics using that tag.

Words: 3,343 Summary: She honestly just wants to go to these two races to see her brother so he won’t complain about never seeing her anymore that is it. She has exams, an internship, and a job, she doesn’t have time for any of this. Note(s): Thank you V once again for commissioning the fic! I had a lot of fun writing it and may or may not have spent an hour researching different business degrees and universities and such. Reader is Andrea Kimi Antonelli’s older sister. Age gap of 3 years between her and Ollie. Not good family dynamics between her and Kimi and their father.

So … this happened.

The Formula 1 community — and sports fandom as a whole — needs to have a serious conversation about the dangerous commodification and objectification of athletes.

And I know, I write fanfiction — what right do I have talking about any of this? But there is a reason why the cardinal rule of fanfiction is to keep it far removed from those featured in it. Because those of us who create and consume it know about the importance of boundaries.

Boundaries … that are repeatedly being crossed by so-called fans who choose to forget that Formula 1 drivers and all athletes are human beings while sickeningly violating their privacy and encroaching on their safety in real life.

Things need to change.

This is an issue of morality, dignity, and security. It cannot continue.

Rooibos: Pen and paper or computer?

Ooh, when I first started writing it was pen and paper that I then painstakingly typed up on my phone to either save or post. Now though it's computer. I do miss writing with paper and pen, but it's a bit of a hassle to write it on paper just to type it all out again.

Ginger: Most challenging part of your WIP?

Oh, god. I have so many WIPs. Honestly I think the hardest part is just my brain constantly coming up with new ideas. Or when I get stuck after writing like 2k words and then it just sits for who knows how long, not another word written despite how often I go back to it.

I should probably make a writing friend or two to talk about my WIPs and other things. Let them take a look at what I've got, what I want to happen next, so I can have help figuring out to get to the next point.

Judo Tracks - Ollie Bearman

Words: 4,535 Summary: What happens when an Formula 2 (cough and now technically kind of an F1) driver and an Olympic gold medalist Judoka start dating? Note(s): Thank you so much to V on Kofi for commissioning this! I had so much fun writing it (and I got to do so much research and take so many notes for). Reader does Judo. Uta Abe is the inspiration for reader and I’ve used her amazing achievements as readers as well. Also, mentions of blood, injuries, pain. I also completely changed the 2024 F1 season because of Ollie being called up for Saudi Arabia (I literally could not help myself). Fun fact: Ollie Bearman with just his rookie F2 season in 2023 has just over triple the amount of points needed for a super license (aka the license for F1).
