firstly, thanks! i love putting stuff in the notes. second, i haven’t thought a whole lot about them! shino’s kikaichu scare me a little bit honestly. to my understanding, they subsist mainly on chakra right? that in itself is interesting, is chakra possessed by every living thing? we know that dogs and some other animals have it, do plants have it as well?  if they do, and are interested in eating mokuton, that’s a little spooky to me haha, but if they don’t (as they are a kind of tiny beetle, right?) then i think shino’s knowledge of insects in general would be interesting to yamato, all the plants he creates are meant to subsist off of his chakra alone, so i feel like his knowledge of pollinators and pollination and the vital role of insects in that is pretty lacking! i’m not sure how much shino would know about that either. perhaps between shino ino and yamato we could get a real nature club for konoha started

Our dogs have serious undercoat and if you dont brush them at least once a day, you get lil spiky tufts poking out and anyways that's why the hatakes hair is so spiky
