Welcome to the Museum of Science and Technology’s 36th Annual Flying Stars Gala!

Stars. Lights. Peaceful music flowing through the speakers. Glitter. High class chatter and fancy champagne being poured into tall glasses. Waiters holding platters of hors d’oeuvres. Elaborate exhibits displaying studies and discoveries.

Food.

The Museum of Science and Technology had been completely transformed from your standard institution of learning into a glamorous, state-of-the art celebration space.

The grand lobby, a large, vast room with sky-high glass windows, a large model of the Earth, a ceiling mural of the Solar System painted Renaissance Style, and a large stage with the night sky complete with constellations, as the background, was glittering with thousands of star-shaped lights sprinkled everywhere. Circular tables covered in blue velvet cloth were scattered all over the spacious flooring, with fancy china and shooting star centerpieces placed on each table to match with the whole theme. Canvases with arrows pointed towards different exhibit destinations such as aerospace engineering, earth science and astronomy were set up near the elevators, stairs, escalators and hallways.

Outside, the whole sky was dark, not a single star in sight. All that could be seen was pitch black outstretched across the world, darkness pouring in from the glass windows. Merely the star-shaped lights lit up the vast room, twinkling like the universe’s very own.

The night’s schedule was simple; mingling, dinner, speeches and then exploring the different exhibits. At the current moment, people were up and chatting, sampling hors d’oeuvres and anticipating what the gala had to offer.

You and Donghyuk stood at the entrance together, observing the activity and absorbing your surroundings. Donghyuk’s eyes were wide in amazement as he took in all of the lights and glamour, squeezing your hand lightly in excitement.

i’m literally the shittiest fan ever because i’ve overstepped the boundaries of loving them.

as a fan, i should support everything they do, love them to no extent and always wish for their happiness. i shouldn’t get jealous whenever i see them happy with someone else, or just see them with someone else in general. It’s their job!! and i bet they are happy to be with a pretty girl after being locked up in the yg dungeon for so long.

yet i’m fucking stupid as hell and i end up getting jealous anyway (cause i get jealous rlly easily) and as a result i end up trying not to love him and ignore him which is the complete opposite of being a supportive fan.
