On things I learned today: I logged back into my old ffnet account because my Fandoms class read some papers discussing it (the papers were published in 2005) and I wanted to see what kind of old PMs I had.
Turns out I completely blocked out the memory of someone asking me (a thirteen year old at the time) to do “lemon role plays” with them and then further asked if I was ok with it being “yaoi or yuri”
Currently crying and punching a wall how the fuck was any of this acceptable to thirteen year old me
