I saw your post about Hide giving his shirt to Kaneki, but Kaneki didn't wear pants either, so how did he get those shorts/pants? o: You're not going to tell me Hide wore 2 pants for this occasion... just in case.
it’s hide, he’s able to do anything for his nudist friend. plus you should always be ready when you befriend someone like kaneki.
i think the fact that this scene is happening in kaneki’s mind resolve the 2pants mystery.
kaneki is just making the hide allucination the closest to the real hide. so for kaneki it shouldn’t been very odd for hide to take off his shirt and to offer it to him, and he can just skip the lowest part and just imagine himself wearig pants.

kaneki already released hinami from her cell and the kirishima sibling don’t know it. they will whether:
- think they are in the wrong floor and try to find her in others, and then endanger themselves even more.
- notice there’s an empty room(maybe the door in still open) which was recently used(books).they will maybe realise something appened and try to find another way to find her.
- they will not go to the cells first ,but to a surveillance post like kaneki did
just don’t let yomo deal with the computer(at least they will be sure of her room), find no one(and the rest is up to their creativity to find her). - banjou and the gaz masks will meet her, kaneki and furuta while runing to the escape and tell touka and ayato.
please ishida-sensei make them smarts enough to bring phones with them.
was it really necessary for both escapes plans to take place at the same time?

with furuta being everywhere, we can assume that he’s the one who killed kurona and nashiro’s parents.

i feel really sorry for kaneki and his condition. because whatever he eats he’s a cannibal:
- he eats ghoul-meat, he’s a cannibal because half-ghoul.
- he eats human-meat, he’s a cannibal because half-human.
same for every poor half-ghoul in the same situation.
