When I think about the odds of a May/December relationship

like Tony and Peter's - when I think of how, realistically, it would work out...

...THIS is always where my brain goes.

“That was one seriously messed-up alien.  Trying to describe him  -  he doesn’t SOUND scary at all.  Try it for yourself.  ‘Big blue smurf-colored Grimace-looking guy with a scrotum on his chin??’  Does that sound realistic to you??

“And our story just gets crazier from there.   You - you went back in time and met your own dad, Tony.  That’s unbelievable.  I mean… I don’t mean I DONT believe you - actually I’m as jealous as all hell to be honest - but you did it.  You actually walked right Into that facility - walked right past your dad, the big man himself, and then walked out again.  With Steve Rogers (the man who damn near KILLED you for the record) standing out your side.  And you got away with it.  Does that seem ‘believable’ to you?

“But mostly I think about being with you in The Battle for Earth.  All those people… that army of people, with Ant-Man who is the size of a building and a freaking lady on a freaking flying horse thank you very much, and here I am, swinging in like an idiot, just glad to be alive and fighting with you.  And there is the freaking Black Panther himself, with his whole freaking ARMY… and there is little old me, looking all around me for a skyscraper to swing from, because that’s what I do, I swing from tall buildings, only THERE ARE NO BUILDINGS TO SWING FROM which is kind of a problem because that’s my thing.  And I still wind up being some kind of help anyway… does that sound “believable” to you?

“And then I got to meet the Carol Danvers… who showed up JUST IN TIME by the way (and how “believable” was that?)  I mean it was great that she showed up, by the way, like right after before those space ships turned those guns down on us and and right before they shot us all to hell… but what were the odds of that?  That she showed up right then , not a day later, or an hour later, or even half-an-hour too late?  But that she showed up right at that moment?  How “realistic” was that, Tony?

Reading List March & April 2024 📖

Welcome back, sweethearts! 💖

It's been a while now, hasn't it? I hope you are all doing well my loves!

Since I've been really stressed out because work is kicking my ass, a break was just necessary. And with not getting as much reading done as I wanted to in a month, it also made sense to wait some more.

I might do that again honestly, if work keeps being so exhausting 😬 Alternatively I might just skip the fic descriptions once and only list the names, that would be a lot less time consuming .. what would you prefer in that case? Skipping description or summing up two month at once? 👀

Buuut I'm never gone completely and I got some treasures for you again today! Hopefully I didn't forget anything while trying to gather two months together, it got kind of confusing 😅

Now enough of that, dig in and devour the awesome stories we got this time ♥️

I adore you.

Thank you so much for including me!!
