THE LIBRARIANS SHIPATHON 2018 SCHEDULE IS BEING REVISED DUE TO NEW FEEDBACK:

Please send us your input on this! Do you want an extra month to be added to the Shipathon? Do you want the shipping survey to be reopened? Do you want the ships of the weeks rearranged? Tell us in our inbox, without being rude! 

And if you want, just head into our inbox and tell us your favorite shipathon weeks of the past! The schedule should be up again before the end of the week!

I’m getting a lot of complaints (some ruder than others) about the current schedule for The Librarians Shipathon 2018:

1. I asked the fandom and searched the fandom for months before this to get real unbiased data for this current schedule, so if you feel like it’s off or you are misrepresented, it’s because you were not active in the fandom enough after season four/non responsive to my surveys, I tried to be as impersonal as possible about it.

2. We just got a cancellation after season four finished, so that being said, if you where inactive it’s understandable. I’m not blaming you. Therefore, I’m asking if you guys would like me to do ANOTHER ROUND OF VOTING POLLS for the schedule, but this is only if you feel like you didn’t get the chance to respond or represent for your ship before this! 

3. I AM WILLING TO EDIT THE SCHEDULE IF I GET A LOT OF RESPONSE AROUND CERTAIN WEEKS/SHIPS, BUT ONLY IF THOSE RESPONSES ARE NOT HATEFUL OR RUDE. 

4. IF YOU WOULD RATHER I ADD EXTRA WEEKS/A WHOLE OTHER MONTH TO THE SHIPATHON THIS YEAR, SINCE WE’VE BEEN CANCELLED, PLEASE COME INTO MY INBOX AND TELL ME! 

Hey LITs! It’s everyone’s favorite time of the year again!  2018 is the Shipathon’s third year running, and the fandom has grown along with the show! This year I ran a survey for a few months about everyone’s ships, to help make sure the Shipathon calender is as unbiased and true to the fandom’s current shipping preferences as possible!

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the rules of The Librarians Shipathon, it go as follows:

- The Librarians Shipathon is a fandom-wide celebration of the show, the characters, and especially the relationships between them! This year it will last from JUNE 24TH-SEPTEMBER 30TH.

- Each week has a relationship assigned to it, and you post things for that ship at any time during that week. DON”T BE INTIMIDATED BY THE LENGTH OF THE CALENDAR! You don’t have to do every week! (But pretty please, for the love of the gods, try to do more than one? As a personal favor to me, @jedijenkins?) 

- You can make any kind of content you wish for that relationship, as long as it’s celebrating relationships and not bashing them! You can celebrate them platonically or romantically or otherwise! 

- The weeks are a GUIDELINE, don’t feel stressed if you post stuff late! Better late than never, this is a celebration of the fandom as much as it is of the show.

- Even if you can’t make content, please like, reblog and comment on the content of others! 

- And MOST IMPORTANTLY: ALWAYS TAG YOUR WORK WITH #LIBRARIANSSHIPATHON! You can post cross-platform, as i’ll be tracking the tag on every website relevant. If you post cross-platform, please remember to share posts between platforms!

Ezekiel can’t remember everything and it just slipped his mind to grab gloves before going out on the mission, even though his boyfriend reminded him 10 times. But once he got there he regreted all his life decisions, it felt like Anartica(it was Michigan in the winter so same difference)

So once he got back his hands were icicles and he neeeded to warm them up. But this is Ezekiel, so of course so he had to annoy someone in the process, and he knew exactly who to annoy.

You see, Jake didn’t come on the mission because he is recovering from the last mission where he was running after a pesky *Kitsune that was messing with a small Japanese villiage and twisted his ankle.

Jenkins said he would be alright in a few more days, but because he didn’t have to go through the terrible cold temperatures of Michigan. Ezekiel would bring the cold temperatures to him.

Jake was sitting on a chair next to the table in the middle of the annex, reading a book. Without warning his boyfriend Ezekiel snuck up behind Jake and rest his freezing hands on Jake’s warm neck.

“OH MY GOSH YOURE HANDS ARE FREEZING! GET THEM OFF ME!” Jake yelled at Ezekiel, nearly falling off his chair. “But you’re so warm,” Ezekiel complained. “Did I not tell you to take gloves?” Jake said as Ezekiel bowed his head,

“I forgot, now my hands are cold”, “Oh I didn’t notice when you put them on my freaking neck!” Jake exaggerated. Jake looked at his boyfriend who was holding his hands out with puppy dog eyes.

“Sit down and give me your hands,"Jake huffed out. Ezekiel smiled and plopped himself down on Jake’s lap. "That’s not what I… never mind” Jake said as he took his boyfriends hands in his own.

“You know I think my mouth is cold too, you wanna warm it up,” Ezekiel said to his boyfriend. “Don’t push it,” Jake said but still happily leaned forward and gave his boyfriend a peck on the lips.

“Huh they are cold maybe I should warm them up some more,” Jake said joining in the game, giving Ezekiel another kiss, slightly longer than the last.

“Honestly my entire body is cold” Ezekiel said in true honesty. “Well then I’m sure we can find a fireplace and couch to cuddle on in our Magic Library.

And that’s how the rest of their day was spent.

*Kitsune- a trickster Fox and shapeshifter from Japanese Floklore, that’s strength increases with age, wisdom, and life experience. They can sometimes drive people mad.

Little Things (Jazekiel)

There are little things everyone does. These are the things you pick up on your significant other.

Jacob notices a lot about Ezekiel. His small habits. His big ones. His kinda small ones. Jacob loves these things about Ezekiel. He finds them cute.

His favorite is all the places Ezekiel has to hide throughout the Library. Slowly, Jacob had been introduced to each of them. Jacob felt honored. Ezekiel was slowly opening up to him and being in a relationship.

Jacob knew there was one place that Ezekiel wasn’t showing him, and he respected that. His boyfriend was private. When he wanted to show him, he’d be there to support him.

Another thing that Jacob loved about Ezekiel was the way he carried himself. He carried himself with so much confidence and respect. He really admired that.

Jacob himself could never carry himself like that; he’s never been able to. He’s carried himself highly, but not with confidence or respect.
