As the story is being told about how Elphaba became green, I listen to every horrible word that is said about her and watch everyone reject her so that I make sure I feel the weight of every word. When I get on stage I am fully in the moment. Listening to my history on stage really hits hard. - Jemma Rix Pictures by Nicole Cleary

I need to go to work but I can’t stop watching videos of Wicked. :3

This is Jemma Rix, whom I saw on Saturday - the show was AMAZING, I need to tell y'all about that day - but she was even better than this live.  But god she was so amazing, and we were so close I could see every facial expression, all the makeup and costume details, everything, haha!

Jemma Rix - Defying Gravity (Wicked in Manila Press Conference)

No disrespect to Idina, but Jemma is seriously my favourite Elphaba EVER.

Goosebumps! Every. Single. Frakkin. Time.

HOLY ELPHIE!

Just can’t get over how smashing Jemma looks in these promo shots! She absolutely rocks the dress and the wild mane of red curls! The words “kissed by fire” come to mind ❤️

She’s always looked stunning in green as well, but it’s kinda nice to actually see more “Jemma” for once!

“Nothing Stops Another Day” (Full Scene) from Ghost the Musical

Starring Jemma Rix Featuring Alex Rathgeber, Rob Mills, Wendy Mae Brown, & Full Company

I generally really like the conceptualization of this scene, but I feel like sometimes the background dancers’ movements are just weird, and pretty distracting. Thoughts?

I’ve watched Wicked for countless times already, around the world and on the internet just for kicks. It’s pretty interesting to see how different cultures or actors make their roles their own.

One of my favourite songs from the musical is “As Long As You’re Mine.” This scene has always been an awkward and cringe-worthy scene for me to watch, but when David Harris and Jemma Rix perform this scene, they do it with such ease that I am left enchanted by their spell. Really, really in love with their chemistry and harmony. Simply magical!

This is probably why, hands down, David and Jemma are definitely my favourite Fiyero and Elphaba tandem.
